Waffle House — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Normally a 5 star for me because we don't have this established in northeast like they have in southern states. My experience at location was great southern hospitality and suggestions on the sweet tea in addition 😋 to getting a meal was 5 stars for tea and hash browns. Unfortunately because I am from the Boston I expected better with white gravy sausage and biscuits 😕 and I was totally flabbergasted to discover a plate with parts of Luke warm and some cold 🥶 spots. I was rather respectful because of the southern hospitality but when I called out to several people for assistance no one responded and I was irate. My companion food was to his liking. So when 🤔 someone Finally saw me I was peed because in the north they immediately come back at most eateries in a 5 minutes of serving food in Boston to ask how is food and will there be anything else upset 😡 me because he sat enjoyed his food immensely and I watched him after I complete my hash browns and had to have a new gravy biscuits done extremely hot 🔥 as I requested. What look like manager Asian woman she was nice and gave my companion extra cup of coffee ☕ and I extra cup of that sweet southern ice 🧊 tea I desire when I come to any southern state. The waffle house in Georgia is great. But if I decide to ever come again to this site when in the area will get what your establishment is known for and much easier to provide the waffle 🧇. Awful what a mistake going there. I took my two sons for breakfast and thought it would be a great place to stop. YEAH RIGHT! Waitress only gave us a fork and my cup was dirty. no refills except when i told her my coffee cup was dirty then she only filled it up and didnt even give me a new cup. Son ordered waffles and she didnt even bring syrup. had to ask for it and a knife and it was like murder to her. BUT when a woman and her kid that was the same race as our waitress came in, she got her taken care of right away. gave them everything and more. went back to check on them and offered refills and a snack for the kid. All i got was heres your check. when she brought us our food, she dumped mine on the table, the food not the plate!! no sorry or ill get you a new one. my sons are 13 and 2. Grits were old and cold, toast had what looked like parts of a rubber glove on them. eggs were cooked all the way. no creamer for coffee. WTF is wrong with these people! Customer service has gone to hell with WAFFLE HOUSE EMPLOYEES!! Either get right or get...

I usually have a great experience in this particular restaurant. However, today was not the case. I always get my hashbrowns smothered, covered, chunked, diced and topped.

A young little blond girl was my waitress today. She got my order wrong. I had to ask her for my tomatoes and pointed out the chili was missing. She obviously didn't know what she was doing and had a very snobby attitude. She got all pissy with me.

She brought the chilli in a separate bowl. I told her I'm not used to ordering the same thing twice and having my meal brought in chunks. Maybe she's new or something's wrong with her.

She raised her voice at me. I stood up and left. She was screaming no one ever talked to her that way... She threw a tantrum... All other employees stood in shock. I served tables before. You NEVER raise your voice at the customer. Not cut out for the job? Quit and let someone else do the job.

The little girl is probably still crying and in having a meal with my family elsewhere.

I guess they're really hurting for employees at...
