Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I went to the Taco Bell on Owen Drive in Fayetteville North Carolina I stood at the counter almost 3 minutes while the cashier was in the dining room walking around like he was in a daydream he finally come to the counter and I told him what I wanted to order and I ordered the Grande nachos $5 box when I got the order to go some told me to look at it so I opened up the box and looked at it it was not prepared as it should have been it did not have all the items on it that it was supposed to have when I asked cashier about Why didn't it have all the toppings he just shook his shoulders as well that's new I don't know nothing about it that's when I asked to speak to the manager the little girl come up there she looked at it and then she took it on the back line and corrected the problems with it in the meantime one of the people that was working on the line in the back walked around from the other side bent over to pull soft shells from underneath the counter and drop the pack of shells on the floor reached in on the shelf and got another pack and the pack that had fell on the floor he picked it up and threw it back on the Shelf so I let the manager know what had transpired and what it happened I did ask the question was he planning on feeding that to somebody else or does he like that at his home I did not find the employees to be very friendly are very complimentary to the customers it will be a while before I...

I went to this Taco Bell on 8/10/18 it was around 1:30. I was meeting a friend for lunch. She arrived about 20 mins before I did. I ordered my taco and joined my friend, that's when she informed me she had already been waiting a little over 15 minutes for her order. As we talked time went by she realized it had been 35 mins since she ordered. She went up and spoke with the manager she finally got her food after a 45 minute wait. I proceeded to keep waiting for my 1 taco. When 45 minutes had passed I requested my money back. The very unfriendly rude cashier took my receipt and walked off 5 minutes later she come back and gave me my $1.28 back. The real slap in the face was the .28 she gave me back was in pennies. Really?? This is how you treat customers Taco Bell. I watched the cooks play around,talk and play on their phones. Apparently food preparation was not on the schedule for this day! I never seen a manager in the store. The drive thru I noticed moved right along. My advise to you guys visiting this Taco Bell is to go threw the drive thru and if you do ask for your money back be prepared to walk around with a pocket full of pennies the...

My first time going into that place I don't live there I ordered 3 orders of family tacos 2 of hard tacos $33.98 and one order of soft tacos $23.99 supreme and she took the order 2 orders of soft tacos $47.98 and one of hard tacos $16.99 a burrito separated I don't remember the price and two drinks the cashier took the order wrong I tried to get her to correct it they all ignored me they never did it I waited a long time and there were still 4 hard tacos missing and they never gave me the taco I ordered separately I tried to get my money back for the meal I was missing and it took so long, he only returned me 10 dollars and it was more than he had to give me, he said that he could not return more, I asked for the manager and he tells me it's me.
