Larry's Giant Subs — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I only gave them 3 stars because I asked for NO bacon and they put bacon on my sandwich. 😂 my sandwich was really good, now I thought it had a funny taste, and now I know why because of the bacon however, I will be going back because my sandwich was fire🤣 next time. I will just make sure that there’s no bacon.‼️Other than someone not paying attention to the no bacon, the experience was good. I’ll be back 😊.

Update Response to Owner: My ticket forsure said NO BACON & bc of the response I feel is rude and blaming me for YOUR workers NOT paying attention and then to suggest me to just order the grill chicken sandwich next time is just CRAZY bc if I wanted grill chicken I would have order it. .. I won’t be returning and I added a pic of my online order that has notes to NOT INCLUDE BACON😊 Please do better when customers are giving you feedback back and had I known this would be your response I would of walked the sandwich back in and made you all remake it instead of taking that NASTY bacon off that taste like the fake bacon you find in a bag. So i question if your were even looking at the correct order. .....

Normally i come here and get the normal good service but today i came in and the place was packed as normal at lunch time , but i have a card that Larrys give you and each time you order a sub you get a stamp , well of course i go there often and had the 9 punches to get a free 12 inch sub ... So i place my order for a tuna sub with SWEET RELISH OR SWEET PICKLES ,but whatever you do i hate regular dill or any other pickles. So like normal they are busy and it takes a few and i understand that ,, so i waited and i seem them make my Sub and place regular pickles on the sub , i can stand the taste of dill pickles on my Sub and now they wrap it up bring it to me and i ask i told the lady up front no pickles except sweet pickles or sweet relish , so they say no problem and the grab me a small contain and place sweet relish in it and hand it ro me !!! I am sorry but now my bread and tuna is soaked in nasty dill pickles ..so i just handed them my order that was paid for and said keep it , maybe someone want be bothered when i ask for my sandwiches the...

Great subs and people until they make a mistake and its time for some good ol fashion customer service. If they mess up your sandwich, don't expect to be compensated for any inconvenience whatsoever. If you get home and your sandwich or sandwiches are wrong your screwed. You have to find something else to eat and hold your sandwiches and take them back to the store for a remake. If your expecting a free sandwich for gas spent to go back or having to buy some more food, your out of luck. They only remake your sandwich and maybe just maybe you might get a free drink. Three times Ive gotten home and my sandwiches are wrong. If you have to travel to get a sandwich from them, go somewhere else. Its not worth it or make sure to open your sandwich completely before you leave. I tried to work things out over the phone like taking a picture of my sandwich, no luck. Customer officially lost, what a shame because I spend good money in that place and sent...
