Disrespectful staff (Naomi specifically) + Dishonest management + freezer-burnt product. I will never eat here again. I will always encourage my friends, family, and co-workers to go elsewhere for birthdays, special events, or just because date nights.

I visited this location a few weeks ago & requested a refund after taking a bite of my strawberry cheesecake icecream. I explained to an employee that the strawberries were freezer burnt & I had lost my appetite. The employee sought out their manager on the floor (Naomi) who began arguing with me about the following (1) there was no such thing as freezer burn (2) she was present when the shipment arrived that morning (3) I needed to watch my tone because my request was unacceptable & I had made the other staff uncomfortable. At this point she called the owner of the location who assured me that I would be refunded for the product in a few days because no one that was present at the time of the transaction was authorized to do such a thing. I agreed with the manager & attempted to apologize for any hurt feelings I may have caused by requesting a refund, but Naomi rolled her eyes and motioned for me to leave. After a week I called to inquire about the refund. The manager returned my call shortly thereafter to inform me that he had processed the refund & there was a problem with my credit card company. I have called the credit card company & there is no pending refunds or returns from this establishment. It has been 3 weeks. In short, I was sold a bad product & refused a refund. I was lied to in order to neutralize the situation & ensure an unproblematic exit. It was $9. I am not worried about the money at this point — it is the principle of the matter. Do not lie to your customer base. Please educate your staff on conflict resolution & how to recognize aggression vs personal feelings of intimidation when asked a direct question. The other staff members present at this time were EXCELLENT! The young man that made the ice cream that I was trying to get refunded did a wonderful job & was very thoughtful in his process. Read moreWhere to begin... I won’t speak on the angry customers who stormed out as we walked in. However, we ordered two ice cream cones and two shakes. From the time she started our order it took 48 minutes. Several people walked out. I cannot express this was not total wait time, but from the time they started making the ice cream. The shakes were done one by one, they were both chocolate.... they could have been made together. They had five employees and the two older: one male, one female, had no concern for the several lost customers nor the fact we had been waiting so long. The employees efficiently should be thoroughly reviewed and should have a better training module. My opinion, the owners (who I assume where making the cookies) need to consider better training for higher customer service. So many other issues but my post is already so long. The product is better than Dairy Queen but they lost us because of the unnecessary, I’ll say again... the unnecessary wait time. The ice cream ain’t worth the disrespect of our time. Read moreThis has to be one of the WORST PLACES to order anything at. I ordered a number cake online for my husbands birthday it was priced at $37, not a problem. However when I went to pick the cake up (with my five children) it was the size of my hand VERY TINY, I ask if they could please remake the cookie or refund me because it was advertised as being bigger. The OWNER MS. Carola told me she WILL NOT remake me a cookie because that’s what I ordered, and that I would have to take it up with Corporate. She never informed me that she was the owner I waited in the store for about an hour and a half only to find out from one of her customers that she owned the place.
