It's a McDonald's you know what it is what you're gonna get and not get. It's efficient in service and friendly staff which helps but doesn't make much of a difference It's still McDonald's and they have taken a long nose dive into chemical engineering smell and taste while tossing out good old natural ingredients. The 80's was the last decade of good food from this chain. Back then a big Mac was great The rice fries these days leave little to be desired. I will still get a fish filet now and then and every once in awhile a Mc griddle engineered to taste great or at least fill the empty space in your tummy for a little while. The only redeeming thing I can say about McDonald's these days is the coffee is still fantastic and I like that they use gold peak sweet iced tea. Otherwise I suggest buying the stuff for sandwiches and a bag of sun chips or something like them. Maybe a veggie tray all of this would be right about what you would spend at McDonald's and be way...
Read moreThis place is a dinning hall with a food court connected to it. No drink fountain, no condiments, no anything but napkins and a thing to dispense your own ketchup. Want salt or pepper? Ask for it. Want ice for your famously hot McDonald’s coffee? No. Then there’s the food. I went there 2 days in a row (I usually do when I need to go to the VA which is next door). Day 1 the guy in the drive in nearly throws my food at me while not saying a word at all. Day two I went inside to discover the lack of any features besides sitting and eating. So I ordered my food on the kiosk and sat down. The person brought me my food and was kind. The big breakfast was okay after I went to ask for salt and pepper. The sausage looked like it had been cut in to thinner slices or the bottom had burnt the to the grill and was still served. The pancakes were the same way… and get this.. THEY WERE COLD!! How? Anyways, learned my lesson. 12 dollars for bad food and bad service...
Read moreThis McDonald’s is very efficient and friendly during the day, but the management has to fix the night time schedule. If you are pulling up to this McDonald’s on a Friday or Saturday night after 11, it is not an exaggeration to say you should expect to wait 45 minutes if 3 cars are ahead of you in the drive thru. If 5 cars are ahead, don’t even bother waiting in the line because you can save more time by going home, sleeping for a few hours, then coming back for a McGriddle in the morning and the guy behind you from 2am will still be in line. Not employees fault, they are extremely understaffed for these shifts. Management needs to pay whatever it takes to get a full night staff because the level of business they lose from people driving off after waiting is insane. They probably have 100 cars drive off between 11-3am due to the insane wait time. Usually a big fan of this McDonald’s, but weekend nights, I am...
