Every time I go to this McDonalds there's usually some sort of mistake with the order, but never a big deal. Today, however, they achieved greatness. I was on my way back to the hospital, my wife just had our new baby and wanted chicken nuggets. So I stopped at this location on the way. I ordered a couple 10 piece nuggets, a couple cheeseburgers and a couple fries. Not complicated, right? Well their organizational skills were so outstanding that I've been looking forward to posting a review since I got to the hospital and told my wife why it took me almost an hour to make a 20 minute trip. I paid and was promptly pulled to a random spot in the parking lot, where I watched cars be pulled and get their orders and go. Then an employee asked me if I had the 10 piece nuggets, I thought my time had come. I told him I'd ordered 2 and he proceeded to dig around in the bag and say "That's not this one" then wander off to find the lucky owner. Next someone tried to bring me a random bag but asked what I'd ordered, I told them I was at 12 minutes and what I was waiting for. She kinda shrugged and wandered off like the guy before. The next contestant was a gentleman who arrived bearing a Happy Meal, which found a home at the vehicle next to me. At this point I yelled "Oh, come on!" and was asked again what I was waiting on. Thankfully my receipt was right there because I was starting to wonder what I was waiting on as well. I told him what it said, and that I was at 16 minutes. He said "Are you kidding me?" I informed him you can't make this stuff up, he took my receipt and headed inside. After 4 more minutes I was getting out of my car to make the trip inside, which had a high chance of not going well since I was the only car left and had seen at least 10 cars be parked and leave already, and he came back out the door. He apologized, told me everything that was in the bag, said he had just made everything fresh himself and went back inside. I did a quick visual check and left. I might have left it at that, just a bad experience, but it gets worse. On the way to the hospital I performed the famous fry pluck and who saw it coming.... the fry was cold. They all were. To rub salt in the wound, since they can't put it on their fries, everything was cold, he never returned my receipt, AND the grill slips on the burgers had been ripped off right at where the time received would be displayed. That's like a dirty little McDonalds cover up trick right there. I live near this location and never intend to put another cent of my money toward this team of undeserving, rude, inefficient and careless individuals. $15 an hour indeed... Sorry about the excessive descriptive story, it's the only way I know how to write cleanly and still clearly convey my point. I read some of the other comments and it sounds like this location needs a complete personnel overhaul and nearly everyone that had good things to say make zero sense with their words and were probably not coherent when they...
Read moreWorst McDonald’s I have ever gone to. I went there last week and didn’t have a great experience but decided to give it another try. The second time was worse than the first. The first time I went they were out of a lot of sauces and soda machine was down, I can look past that because it happens but when I got home I realized I was only given 5 chicken nuggets instead of 10. I doubled checked my recipes and in fact I was charged for a 10 piece. Also. I was given no napkins and had to ask for ketchup twice. This second time I went I was the first came in the drive thru on the right lane. I waited for about five minutes and kept saying hello but never got someone to take my order. As I was waiting another car pulled up to the left lane and they immediately got helped. Again, I said hello but nobody took me order. As they started a second cars order on the left lane I just drove up the cashier window. I told her what happened and told her I wanted to place my order there because they were only taking orders from the left lane. They should put up cones to the second drive thru lane if they don’t plan on taking orders from it. I ordered chicken nuggets again with large fries and told her the sauces I wanted. I get to the window receive my order and again I’m given no sauces or napkins. I received cold fries that were only have filled when they were supposed to have been a large. Clearly this McDonald’s needs better management and service. Will not be going back there. Terrible...
Read moreWORST McDonald's I've ever been to. I recently moved around the corner and could not be more disappointed. I've been there about 8 times and have had a bad experience every time except one, which was for breakfast. They automatically charged me for a large combo, instead of the medium that is listed on the menu board, another visit my food was cold to the touch, another time I asked for hot chocolate, instead of coffee with my 3 breakfast combos and was upcharged for medium hot chocolates instead of the small that would have come with them, then got home to realize that 2 of the "hot chocolates" were actually some weird coffee concoctions. The eggs on the SEC biscuit are always overcooked and browned/burnt. On another visit, they had a sign hanging on the order board saying "No sodas" but were unloading a truck? I ordered a tea with extra ice (which was on the receipt) and got a tea with one ice cube, I ordered nuggets and fries and when asked what sauce I wanted I said, no sauce, just ketchup; upon pulling around to get my food, was told that they don't have any ketchup (again, they had a truck halfway unloaded at the back door) and my food was once again cold. I will not be back to that McDonald's EVER. I've worked in restaurants for 20+ years and this location is the worst I've ever had the misfortune to eat at. They...
