This place just sent me to the hospital. Of course no manager there. I ordered a 12 veggie delite herbs n cheese bread toasted with pepper jack cheese everything on it absolutely no jalapeños. Extra pickles extra black olives oil n vinegar. 1st attempt was white bread pickles and black olives with salt and pepper. The employee "took it upon herself to add". I repeated my order again the 2nd employee just added lettuce to it. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait for the manager to return in the next upcoming days. A 3rd employee chimed in and said he wd make it correctly. So the 3rd attempt i repeated my order again. When he handed it to me he reassured it was made properly. I emphasized highly NO JALAPEÑOS. I was patient. The 1st bite instantly I had an allergic reaction. They HID THE JALAPEÑOS IN MY SANDWICH!!!!!!! When I walked in my face was already swollen and I asked for the gm information. The 2nd employee i dealt with called the manager on his personal cell. Who in turn asked what was my reactions and if I had an eppy pen (at home, I live 5 mins away). He then gave me a some what refund. Short 2 dollars. And told me to drive carefully to the hospital. I wouldn't have had to go if they weren't trying to be funny and kill me!!!! Read moreIf I could give a zero star I would. I ordered online around 8:15 & it said it was confirmed with order to be done around 8:40. The App says online orders stop around 8:30pm and the store closes at 9pm. I arrive at the store around 8:38pm. There were about 3-4 people inside the store with their phones out with one dancing and the others talking. The one with the Subway shirt and hat put up their hand signaling that they were closed. I go on the app and it said my order was canceled/voided. Drive around to leave there was a car parked in the drive thru, too. Highly upsetting and never had a problem during the day but considering the reviews this isn’t a first time problem. Closing shift sucks and management doesn’t seem to know or better yet care.
Update: I checked my emails around 8:58 and had I done so earlier, I would’ve known that my order was canceled at 8:25pm and I wouldn’t have wasted my time...

Every time I have gone at least one thing is messed up in my order. Last time I went, I was given someone else’s order entirely and had to return once I realized it was wrong. Once I finally did get my order, none of the instructions were followed as specified in the mobile app. Sandwiches were not toasted, add-ons were missing, and instructions were not followed. Mind you, none of it was very complicated and the order was extremely standard and simple. Service was quite rude and I wasn’t even given an apology for being given the wrong order. I have no problem forgiving mistakes when the customer service is friendly and apologetic, but with service as rude as I experienced here I will most definitely not...
