I’ve been eating here since I was pregnant with my son and he is now 4. We hadn’t been in a while but usually when me him and his dad would go I wouldn’t order my son anything because he’s autistic and he has a texture issue. I was profiled from the minute I walked in the building. These stigmas about black women have to stop. Everything was a discussion. My waitress started off bringing me cold soup. Didn’t introduce herself. Just walked out.. sat it down, asked me how old was my son and walked off. She needs to be retrained btw. So I place my order for just myself and add extra zucchini extra rice. She comes back with a waitress and says it will be a 10$ charge for a shared plate. The price isn’t the issue. I’ve been here 100 times. I’ve never heard that. Not for a toddler who isn’t gonna eat at all. My baby has ate nothing but zucchini maybe 10 times. It’s more about the experience for my baby. They tell me if I want something cheaper I can sit on the other side and not see the food be cooked. So I ordered him a meal anyway even though my baby doesn’t even eat MEAT. He never touched the food not once but I was watched the whole entire time and I was still very respectful, still tipped & all the things. Even though my salad sat on the table the whole time I ate. My drink was watered down because she never came to refill it and I still had to leave and go buy my baby food from somewhere else. She never came to check on me or my baby after that interaction. She messed up her own tip. Let’s stop profiling and definitely not your own people. Chef was awesome. Always so kind and humble. The CHEF is why I’m giving you guys a 2. The best hibachi spot in town has turned into the last one I will be going to here & I spend probably 100$ a day on nothing so it wasn’t about money. It’s about principle. Read moreI love it here been going with my family for a while, we go here for special events like birthdays ect. I love the energy and how they are really welcoming! The host oh she’s a sweet heart, she just started a little ago I’m guessing as I’ve just seen her a couple of weeks ago. Very nice girl and polite. And the other host he is very good at his job and very polite. And the waiters they’re so nice if you get sign to the right one am I right. This girl who serves us when we take sushi she’s very nice I love her energy. And when we do the back oh it’s so fun! I love how the fire onions they’re very good at their job it’s very interesting. And the bar, it’s so fun just to chill I love their personality’s and drinks are pretty good. Most of all the food! I love it, especially the noodles, they’re so good I could eat it every day. And I love the fish tank it’s so cute i wish I had fish of my own but my kiddos would probably over feed them. The only flaw I would say this restaurant has is the manager, my god I cannot with this guy. So I call right and the lady on the phone passes the phone to him and I cannot understand him that much, I think it’s language block but he’s also very not nice I would say, on the phone but I guess what’s just his etiquette? Waited over 1 Hour + 15 minutes for chef, over 2 hours + 39 minutes in total before we left due to poor staff and management. Mind you, we have a 11 months baby that could not sit still for 2 hours + 39 minutes. I had to go to the fish tank (that’s not been cleaned nor the fish have been fed mind you) multiple times throughout the evening.

Had no refills on drinks while chef cooked. Chef had to go get waitress to give us refills, another waitress had to come out to help. Our server, no where to be found.
When checking out, took over 30 minutes for us to pay our bill due to waitress being new and unable to work the system. Orders were scrambled and the customers had to breakdown the orders multiple times before the manager came out to help.
I requested a discount due to the poor service. I was denied a discount since my “food was not an issue.” Poor Management. STAY AWAY! We have given this local restaurant multiple chances, however they continue to have staff not trained and continue to loose staff due to management.
