Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I typically do not order from papa johns but I had guest who requested it specifically. I ordered a large New York style pepperoni and sausage pizza. The total with delivery and tip was $30 which in my opinion is wayy overpriced without the added tip and deluvery fee the pizza was like 20. Now the pizza they delivered was literally just meat and sauce with no cheese. The sausage looks like the stuff you get from the school lunches so it really made it even more unappealing. I was pissed and called to have the issue corrected. The staff member was apologetic and offered to remake and deliver the order or I could get a credit. Knowing I wouldn't use the credit, I chose the remake. I wish I could've just got a refund. For 30 bucks I got basically a thin crust pizza (cause it definitely wasnt NY style) which was halfway sliced and the size of a medium pizza. 2 slices were eaten by my guest and no not 2 a piece. We ordered a BBq chicken pizza from the Papa John's off Cliffdale road and it had too much BBq sauce on it. We order from them a lot and never have had an issue with this type of pizza. I called and spoke with the general manager who gave a general response. I say general because a rep before her have the same response... that they put one table spoon on the pizza and the next time to select light BBq. No remorse or anything. I was then told that I can bring the pizza back and she can look at it and make me another one. I get that most folks try to get over however please check the history on us. We order from here a lot online and have never called to complain..never had to until now. It is sad how customer service has declined in these fast food places. Before you order from here, call and check their staffing at the time! We have had such inconsistencies with our food having literally 4 pieces of a topping before, sporadic cheese, so much sauce one time we threw away a pizza.

Also, they sometimes use DoorDash to deliver to you even though you're in their delivery zone. Like tonight, I've spent the last ten mins watching our order go I t he opposite direction from the store which is even further away from where we live. The. I have to update the "track your order" and now my delivery time has adjusted 9 mins longer. For people who have children or dogs this is SERIOUSLY INCONVENIENT.
