I really want to say more about the atmosphere at this place. I've reviewed it before the first time I experienced it. But, taking the elevator up to the fifth floor in the Trillith Guest House to this bar is impressive. It's got an awesome barscape and the service staff is just as nice as they can be. We walked in and were immediately acknowledged and welcomed and offered a seat. We went up there to compare the menu with their dining experience downstairs on the first floor at their signature restaurant Prologe. The menu is classic pub fare like sliders and salads upstairs but just the same, it's upscale. The thing I loved about it was being able to sit outdoors on the covered deck overlooking the happenings below. When you think about Trilith Studios you have to keep in mind that real Hollywood Stars come here to make their movies. Those stars, have to have somewhere elite nearby to eat and relax and this place helps to fill the bill. Not only is it a perfect tourist destination, but locals and residents come here when they have company in from out of town. or when they really want to take them to a nice place for an appetizer or cocktails before or after dinner. On this run to Trilith Guesthouse Oliver Twist Bar, I didn't take any pictures. But nonetheless, I had to say something about how wonderful it was. And make a recommendation that...
Read moreWe came here for a birthday celebration to have martinis, which is my wife’s favorite drink.
The parking in the area is sample and you have to go into the hotel and go up to the fourth floor to find this location. It is not well marked from the outside at all so it can take some time to find. Enter into the prologue restaurant and there you can find the elevators.
There is no martini menu. This kind of blows my mind since this place is becoming well known for its martinis when we asked the staff if they had any martinis specials, they said we can do them all. Which is kind of a letdown because it’s fun to pick something to try
We did order two drinks off of their special menu that listed about six total drinks. Both of the drinks were excellent and a good quality. Nothing to complain about at all just a letdown that there was not a list of something like 20 martinis to pick from.
The view is excellent and the only thing we ordered was the cheese and pretzels. The cheese sauce was excellent and the pretzel was...
Read moreHad a very disappointing and bad experience Friday May 3rd, with the older man bartender. I have gone to this bar a few times already, being that I live very close. The place gets very packed and they don’t have enough people there working to handle everyone when it just super busy, I get that part and understand, so I arrived and just waited at the bar to get a drink. The man came from behind the bar and I guess I was in his way, mind you I began to move from his way as soon as I saw his face and body language as he was coming my way. He then still with his hands rudely Signals me to move, very closely to touching me almost pushing me out the way. I was embarrassed and rudely treated in front of everyone. I had to leave for a min and come back in to try again, I waited another 10 or so mins and watched him attend other people that would get there, until the other bartender there that night decided to take my order. The way he treated me and my friend was unacceptable,...
