If I could rate this a zero I would. Let me tell you why. Everything was good at first. But then one hour later, on the app it said that my order had been delivered. But apparently it has not. That being said, I called right because that’s what you’re suppose to do after spending $30 on something that never arrived. As they picked up, I explained myself that I had ordered pizza and on the app it said it had been delivered. The lady that answered said “hold on let me get my manager, which I said okay and I was fine with because obviously it more than what she can probably do. The second person answered and instead of proceeding with questions to confirm it had been dropped off on the right location, she said “I did, I rung the door bell and it’s on your porch.” I told her well obviously it was the wrong place. Said said on quote “well idk what to tell you, it was dark and I just follow what’s on my GPS”. She could of approached this situation way better in the first place but she did not and therefore made one bitter customer. I just want to clear things up, I’m not mad at the fact that they delivered my food to the wrong house, I’m actually genuinely satisfied at that part because some family just got free pizza to probably feed their kids with !! Im more upset at this location of how unprofessional and rude they were about correcting the matter. To finish things up they didn’t give me a discount nor did they get my order right. I normally don’t write a paragraph when I have a bad experience at a place but I had to so y’all know what type of 50/50 experience you’ll have. Your better off ordering one hour away at any other Pizza Hut than this...

Today the manager on duty wants to argue with me... I ordered $10 taste master pepperoni (I ordered it with extra) sausage and mushroom on the app,(I then realized after looking at my order (email sent) that mushroom wasn't on my order, so I called them and asked them to add mushroom and make it extra mushroom I was then told my card would be charged $46 and change the pizza gets to me my order and there is no extra pepperoni and there's very very little mushroom on it.... So I called and the manager kept repeating what my order was on the app and I had to remind him several times that who whichever lady was working there I heard her in the background stating that they're going to add mushroom and add extra mushroom, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with pizza hut.. I am actually thinking about never ordering from Pizza Hut ever again... Read morePizza Hut on Wedington is such a poor excuse of a Pizza Hut. I love Pizza Hut I have ordered from them for years and years! I frequent the buffets on college and south college for lunch. I have ordering three times from Pizza Hut on Wedington and have returned two of the pizzas for a “refund” which I haven’t ever received. Most recent was tonight when I ordered my usual extra pepperoni extra cheese and extra mushroom. I received a regular $9.99 pepperoni with nothing else. I had to create an account on google to leave this post because I never do this! But this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut! I hand delivered the $25.00 ripoff back to the store personally in the pouring rain! I know I won’t ever see a refund from this but I want to warn other people about it. After returning my pizza to the store I walked next door to the HARPS and got a $4.99 digiorno pizza which I know I’ll be happy with for a fraction of the cost.
