Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Fayetteville

3rd edit I tried again after another 6mo. I order a 2 simple items and they never made them. After 20min I asked about my order. They forgot to make it, so they said they'd have it right out. After another 20min, it said my order was on its way. It never came. I ended up requesting a refund after wasting 50min of my time. It amazes me how terrible this location is. Never again. 2nd Edit Went back after 6mo. I ordered 1 drink, that's it. After 12min of waiting, I get out of my car and walk up front to ask about my drink. It STILL was not made! This location should be shut down immediately. Terrible service Edit* 1st time back in 7mo. Ordered a "Bacon on Bacon" burger. I get home and there's no bacon! That's right, they left the bacon off of a Bacon on Bacon burger. It's apparent there's a lack of management at this location.

So I took a risk and tried this Sonic yesterday. I should have listened to the warnings but I thought I could stop by quickly for a burrito and coffee before an event. Nope. I ordered at a parking spot, paid, and after ten minutes it finally said on the screen it was being brought out. It never came. So we buzzed them and asked. She acted like she had no clue and said it would come out soon. Then another order appears on our screen. Then it's deleted. What the heck is happening here? 15 minutes later, when we were about to leave b/c now I was about to be late, she showed up and gave us our food with a huge drink that I did not order (I ordered a med but was charged for a xl?). Tonight (April 6), I had the worst experience at a sonic that I've ever had. I usually love my Wedington sonic, but this visit was horrible. A good hour before closing, I came to order about 7 or 8 drinks. While not rude, the girl I was speaking to wasn't exactly polite. I listed everything I needed, and she then decided to tell me that they had no drink carriers, no boxes, nothing I could put them in to go home with. I was a single person in a small car, trying to fit more than two drinks in here would be catastrophe. She told me to go to another sonic, so I went to the one in Farmington, one I actually used to work for and seems to be so much better than the other. They served me very nicely.
