Sbarro Northwest Arkansas — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Asked 5x for a piece of their sausage, pepperoni, bacon pizza 1st time i pointed at it but since there was a bigger griup behind me I was rushed to the register. Well, dark haired girl charged me for a stromboli. I told her I didn't want stromboli. I advised again what i wanted. Gray haired guy said that's a stromboli. After 3x of them trying to give me stromboli i finally went and pointed at what i wanted. Gray haired man said that's a thick crust. I say well it's a pepperoni, sausage, bacon pizza. That's what i wanted. Pizza not stromboli! And yes by this time his rudeness has me ticked and I say jeez how hard was that? Pizza was hard so all I could eat was the topping. 1st and last time there. Had it not been for their rudeness I might have come bbie ack to try maybe pasta but there are too many other pizza places more than willing to treat me...

RUDEEEEEEE. ASSSSSSSS. WORKERSSSSSS. ESPECIALLY THE CASHIER (TEENAGE GIRL). WHEN PAYING, I ASKED IF I COULD GET SOMETHING ELSE, BUT SHE SAID RUDELY "you have to order over there'. SO I JUST 'oh, okay. THEN SHE RUDELY GAVE ME MY RECEIPT, SO I RUDELY TOOK IT. AND THEN SHE SAID 'be nice about it, don't be rude'. I LET THAT SLIDE. THEN SHE HANDED OUT ANOTHER ORDER I THOUGHT WAS FOR ME. BUT THEN SHE SAID 'this isn't for you'. WHEN I WENT AND SAT DOWN, I CONSTANTLY LOOKED AT THEIR WORK AREA BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. I NOTICED THAT THE OTHER WORKERS WERE LOOKING AT ME AND WERE LAUGHING. SHE WASN'T THE ONLY THAT WAS RUDE, THEY ALL WERE. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR. IF SHE HASN'T GOTTEN FIRED YET, THE MANAGER IS OBVIOUSLY...

If i could give this a 0 star i would, the older man that works at the front taking peoples orders was extremely rude and needs to be fired. He got angry with me just i was trying to move out of peoples way after i told him i wanted a stromboli and didn’t mention i wanted a combo, he then called me out of my name and took my sons food away and told me to leave. When i was being nothing but calm, and never called him any names. all i asked him was why he was being so rude for no reason. he got even more angry when i asked and walked away with my food and proceeded to throw it away infront of me. there was no manager there so i could not talk to anyone about this experience. This was absolutely horrible: never going back...
