This place isn't too bad, it's great for walking around inside and shopping for a couple of hours. The main stores you'd find at any all are here - Bath & Body Works, Journey shoes, Victoria's secret, Dillard's, JC Penney, Rack Room Shoes, Forever 21, Rue 21, Journey Lids Shoes, Lids, Aeropostle, American Eagle, to name a few. It's not usually too crowded which is nice. It also feels pretty safe here, I go by myself or with friends and have never had any issues.
They have a pretty good food court (except for Chick Fil A not being there anymore - worst decision ever to not fight to keep that in the mall) but they do have Sbarros pizza, a Greek place, a couple of Asian places, a Yum Yos frozen yogurt, Auntie Annie's Pretzels, the Great American Cookie Company - Lots and Lots of choices for a meal or a snack.
If you're not in the mood to shop, it's a nice place indoors to go walking or even just do some people watching. I enjoy going on rainy days or colder days and just having an indoor spot to walk around.
During the holidays, they have quite a few kiosks and extra shops in the middle to get unique gifts, trinkets and other fun things to give to friends and family. I love to shop online but this is a nice place to go if you want to shop around in person, especially when it's super hot out, too cold or the weather is just too gross to go to the outdoor...
Read moreNot bad, not bad. I recall being at the mall in San Jose and Santa Clara, where they have stores like Uniqlo, Chanel, Burberry, and more. That’s definitely my style. Okay, I’m daydreaming now, haha.
The NWA mall offers a good selection of food that you can get quickly, but it’s not that typical American fast food that makes you feel sick. Unlike other fast food places, you don’t have to wait 30 minutes, make a reservation, or go through all that hassle.
It’s convenient if you’re super busy and can afford to eat out when you don’t have much time. Plus, it has a Mexican restaurant in there, which I’ll probably visit more often because Mexican food is generally healthier, and it’s also nice to be able to walk around and look at the different booths that have cute and stuffy toys. It’s a great place for kids, and the selection of clothes is pretty decent. The stores are also pretty good. Yeah, it’s a nice little...
Read moreloved everything about this mall and i wish i could give it a higher rating but the thing that ruined my experience was the guy who ran the stand of the electric animal scooters. While i was renting it out the process went smoothly but as we returned it he started to yell at us because we let our two little toddlers ride one together. It wouldve been nice to know from the start that wasn’t allowed but all we were told was what time we needed to be back. As we returned the scooter the guy who runs the stand started to yell at us in a extremely rude tone that it wasn’t allowed. As i was apologizing and telling him calmly how we weren’t informed about that and that we weren’t even from arkansas so it was our first time riding these he interrupted me and raised his voice even more and telling us more rude things like how he doesnt want us back at the mall. making us feel really bad when we were nothing but...
