I have been shopping at Helzberg Diamonds in the NWA Mall for almost 20 years. And after all of those years the one constant is Bozena G. She has made my shopping experience at Helzberg the most memorable that I will probably ever experience with any retailer. I consider her part of my family. She always greets me with a smile and asks how my family is doing. She truly cares about me as a person, not just as another customer to make a sale to. She knows my tastes so well she takes me straight to new pieces as soon as I arrive in the store. My wife and daughter love getting to see Bozena and she takes good care of them both when In the store. I just want to show my appreciation to Helzberg Diamonds for investing in someone like Bozena. So honestly, the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the girl working there was SUPER apologetic let me tell the story...I bring in my new anniversary ring to be sized, 3 weeks later, I call to ask if it's done and sure enough the forgot to call to let me know. I show up within 4 hours to pick up said ring only for it to be the wrong ring. Thankfully I had taken pictures so I showed them. They proceed to dig in their files for over 15 minutes before they finally find it... only for it to not have had the proper services done to it. I will never use this location again for my most...
