One time we went there to "dog up" on 50¢ corndog day. I think it might've been halloyween. Patrick was the carhop and he is always a "Treat!" One of the other workers offered us candy as we sat on the patio. Really went the extra mile. We over heard a nice lady ordering french fries but she was very annoyed that the order taker couldn't hear the part about the light salt on her fries. It could've been a headset malfunction but this lady was livid. The order taker was very friendly when this lady was not being lady-like whatsoever. The person in the adjacent stall was laughing at the rude lady and this lady got out of her car to get initiate what can only be called a battle of the century. In the left corner: a lady with the strength of 1000 soccer moms salty about her lightly salted fries. In the right corner: a nice African American lady trolling fry lady while riding in her Benzo. Unfortunately, we were not treated with this battle as Benzo lady literally backed out of the situation almost directly into a car waiting in the drive thru lane. It was pretty funny to watch it go down. Fry lady got back into her car and then the candy man offered her candy. She really lightened up after that and that goes to show that kindness is always the answer. It was truly dinner and a show. The dogs were fantastic as always. Doggin up is a new tradition that will live up in our household for the foreseeable future. I do wish more people were in...
Read moreBEWARE of this location. There is a tow truck driver who will tow you even if you're a sonic customer. He is not supposed to do this. I parked my vehicle in a space that wasn't a space where you order food. It was another designated parking space. The only sign I saw read 'Private parking Sonic customers only.' So I parked in a space and then got into my friends car so we could order food together. I was in her car all of 5 minutes and this tow truck driver was towing my car. He basically extorted me and said he wouldn't release my car until I paid him $120 cash on the spot or pay $180 at the impound lot. I told him I was a sonic customer and he didn't budge. Me and my friend had a receipt. I could understand if I left that lot but I stayed in that lot to order food and never left. On top of that he provided no details whatsoever when I asked him for a receipt so I could have his details. I've made a complaint to the AR towing and Recovery Board. Thank goodness when I contacted Sonic, the general manager reimbursed me the money that the driver extorted me for to make it right. The GM was a nice guy. For reference he apparently works for American Towing. Anyway, if you find yourself in this same situation please call the general manager to sort it out. Don't lie though, you actually need to be a sonic customer, there's CCTV there. Food was actually pretty good, the predatory tow truck driver...
Read moreAs a customer I just want to give appreciation to the management and staff for there patincence with rude and unruly customers. I'm tired of seeing reviews left by certain individuals that leave one star reviews and call this sonic management staff and team scamers and or unprofessional because they wanted Chick-fil-A and decided to park thier vehicle in a parking space reserved for sonic customers only. And when thier car is towed. When there are literal four signs saying to not park in the lot if not doing business with sonic. These customers were warned and disregared the warnings and when towed are blaming the honest and hardworking sonic team for there inability to comply with state regulated business laws. If you want Chick-fil-A use thierr parking lot not sonics bc if you use sonics parking lot and not using that business than your taking up places for thier customers and therefore you are the scammer and not sonic. This sonic team is amazing and despite all the unnecessary negativity that these unruly individuals place on them they all work hard and smile and treat customers with honesty and respect that everyone...
