7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Fayetteville

This place is one of my number one coffee shops to stop at though yesterday i had a kinda rough experience, ordered two small iced peppermint mochas and one medium iced blondie with all 3 to have easy ice, i go to Fayetteville location and they make the drinks where you can see them , she told the order to her co worker, didn’t mention easy ice at all, was a little annoyed cause like that was a part of my order, saw them make the drinks.. filled all 3 cups to the top with ice, i went on a monday and got 3 drinks therefore shouldve got three stamps on the stamp card.. only got 1.. just was a little frustrated i got jipped on my stamps and they didnt even fully take my order into consideration an make it right, let alone i couldve just been like hey you didnt make my drinks right, and you messed up on my stamps.. i just didnt cause i dont wanna be annoying and confrontational , they mightve been having an...

August 16th around 4:30, both lanes were open, yet the right hand lane was moving at a snail's pace. I believe we waited in line after ordering for approximately 20-25 minutes. Then, I was forced to have my credit card run AGAIN when we finally arrived to the right hand lane attendant. When I disputed the fact that I had already paid for our drinks, the young man said No, it didn't go through and you need to pay. Of course, after waiting that long, we just wanted our drinks, so I let him run it again. Big mistake. 2 days later, I discover that in fact, my card had been charged twice. I emailed corporate to get my charge reversed, I even called and left a message and have heard nothing. There’s a lot of inconsistency at this location. I always get an iced matcha latte with the max amount of matcha “scoops” as you can get. Sometimes, it’s perfect! Grass green is really what I’m after. But 60% of the time I get it and it’s tinted milk flavored lavender (my flavor of choice). I want to taste matcha and even with the extra “scoops” it doesn’t even match the color of their matcha ad. Their matcha “concentrate” is watered down. I don’t get why it can’t be the same each time I go. This last time I had them put more in and even with that, I hardly tasted it. It was just milk.
