To whom is may concern, Let me preface this with I had no idea when your store closed: I arrived at your drive through somewhere between 7:55PM-7:58PM to pick up a DoorDash order, I sat and waited about a minute to a minute and a half with no greeting from the staff before I said "hello"? No response so I waited 15 more seconds before saying hello again. No answer so I sat there for a few more seconds before driving around to the drive through window, where I saw two young ladies and a young man. I saw that one young lady had a drive through head set on and the young man did as well. As I sat there at the window no one came to tell me they were closed, which would have been fine I would have just canceled the order, but what I did hear was the girls laughing loudly about the DoorDash order and ignoring me, even though they came by the window multiple times. I honked the horn once so they would come to the window, but they ignored me. Instead of coming and just telling me they were closed they took the time to take a picture, type on the picture "We're Closed" enlarge and change the font on the text and apply a yellow block background to make sure I could see the BIG BOLD LETTERS clearly and then proceed to SLAM IT ON THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. Here's the deal, I am a human being and I was not treated as one. I truly thought the younger generation was much kinder than that and I have now unfortunately lost a little faith in that now. Even when I pulled up to the speaker all they would have had to do is say "We are closed" and I would have said ok and canceled the order. It cost $0 to be kind, what if it was someone else who that was their last straw?.....you never know what someone is going through. I will make sure to contact DoorDash and explain my experience in hopes of deterring orders from going to that location. I personally will not be going back to that location as a dasher or a customer. Very disappointing. I would encourage anyone thinking about this location to avoid it, because at the very least they should be able to treat you like a person and this location is...
Read moreI’ve visited this store twice so far since it first opened, and I went inside both times. The inside is very nice and they even have a Nitro Cold Brew tap. However, the first time I visited the girl at the register was kind of rude, but the girl at the hand off bar was very sweet so it made up for it. I wish I could remember their names. The second time I visited (today as I am writing this), I guess the music was too loud or something because the girl at the register (who was nice and accommodating) messed up mine and my friends orders. After I received my drink though, she realized her mistake instantly and made up for it, which was sweet, but my friends drink on the other hand was completely wrong. It’s actually funny to us now.... he ordered an Iced Salted Caramel Mocha with Soy milk and whipped cream, but instead he got an Iced Caramel Macchiato with Whipped cream, but there was no caramel in it..... so either way it was just completely wrong, but he still enjoyed the drink anyways. Read moreMy husband went to this location today & ordered 2 Grande Caramel Frappuccinos with a single shot & NO WHIP at the drive thru. After waiting for an extended amount of time he pulls up to pay for 2 half whip half liquid Grande Caramel Frappuccinos or what were supposed to be some lazy employee's version of the drink. My husband politely explained to the female barista that these were not the drinks he ordered. She proceeded to argue & rudely explain how she could remake them or give him a card for a complimentary drink next time. Wow.
We frequent this location more than any other Starbucks but have never had any issues like this. We have had an extremely long wait in the drive thru at the Wedington location before & the barista happily greeted us with the correct drink, topped off, no whip, free of charge because they were short staffed & busy which resulted in waiting longer than usual.
For over $13 our order shouldn't be wrong or come with attitude. We will take our business to the location on Shiloh by the mall from now on to avoid inconveniencing the snobby employees & shotty...
