I so badly wanted this to be a 5 star review, however it’s far from it.
I purchased the strawberry back pack and a pink lunch kit. I had both customized with my daughter’s name and initials. I knew they were out for the match strawberry lunch kit so I ordered the pink that was recommended with my purchase, thinking it’s would match. I received my order and it in fact did not, okay my fault. However, the back packs letters were already coming off. I contacted customer service, and sent the item back to have it fixed. I also paid extra to add on the strawberry patch that was advertised on the backpack, but apparently you have to pay extra for, whatever. After having the back pack, it was delayed in shipping but thankfully made it for my daughters first day of school but again, upon receiving the backpack a second time, it was like nothing was ever corrected. The letters were STILL peeling off. Contacted customer service and was offered a refund by Savannah. I accepted the refund and then received a not so nice email from the owner herself, stating my only option was to send the backpack back AGAIN for correcting. She was unsympathetic and frankly rude when this issue hand nothing to do with me. Thankfully Savannah chimed back in and I was issued a full refund on the back pack. Fast forward a few weeks later, my daughter had only used the lunchbox less than 5 times and the zipper starts falling apart. Literal teeth of the zipper coming off… she’s not even 2. Lunch kits are open for the kids at the school, so I know this wasn’t a handling issue but just the fact that the quality of the items were crap. I had to once again, reach back out to customer service and received a refund.
To sum things up, I would most definitely save your money. The quality control is very poor, the quality of materials is not good and the owner is frankly rude.

I get a text later saying the whole name doesn’t fit and i changed it . About 2 weeks later they send me a text to let me know that i owe some money so i'm like atp I don’t want this bag i felt i kept giving and giving money. I let them know i changed my mind and she said she can only give me half my store credit back. Also that they’ve been waiting for me to respond . I’m confused bc throughout the week i was texting and responding so im not sure if they can’t read or what the problem is . They came off very snippy and rude in a text .
