Kosmos is my go-to for fast, affordable Greek food. Being a vegetarian, my selections are more limited. That being said, Kosmos has an excellent selection of not-meat goodness.
My favorite item on their menu is Greek salad. Loaded with fresh, never yucky romaine lettuce, small cut tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, pepperoncinis, real kalamata olives (not those weird black things most restaurants try to pan off as ripe olives), feta cheese, excellent Greek dressing, and a side of tasty pita slices. For $6.99, it's an excellent healthy but decadent lunch or dinner option.
I'm also a big fan of their spanakopita (which is spinach and feta in a flakey filo wrapper. Delicious with pepperoncini juice drizzled over it (it comes with the pepperoncini pepper on the side). By itself, $5 bucks. With a side Greek salad, pita bread, and tzatziki sauce, $9.99.
Other options are their falafel pita sandwich, veggie pita sandwich, Vegetarian platter (falafel, dolmades, red pepper hummus, tzatziki, and pita bread), portabella pita sandwich, and a super generous side of Greek fries cooked fresh. Ala carte options available for inexpensive snacking.
It's local, it's a small, independent business, it's conveniently located in midtown Fayetteville, and it's got a drive through for fast pickup. It also has a generous parking lot without pot holes or step inclines. Give 'em a try and have...

Was in the mood for Greek seafood to be honest, had chicken. It was good, nothing else was. Unless you wanna drink tzatziki sauce this really isn't advisable dining.
I tried their one coffee, it was bad, tried mixing it, clearing the straw, mixing, still couldn't finish half. Audibly winced with each sip. Proof the word "Yuck" is naturalistic. In hindsight I think something had soured, seemed to be turning into cheese.
The fries were edible. Just above par. My only complaint about the kabab was that the meat had been slapped on the skewers without regard for the angle of the cut. Meat that can carry a restaurant otherwise dedicated to tasteless flatbread and cucumber yogurt sauce.
Fast food experience.
Guess you could just order a...
