The lady that I gave my order over the phone, clearly seemed preoccupied the entire time she was “supposed” to be listening to my order. I ordered 2 full size Cobb Salads. She even asked me what size twice and I told her. I sent my husband to pickup the order and when I got home for lunch it was clearly the wrong size. Not only that, it was packed with mostly spinach! I didn’t not call because I would be wasting my time again trying to get things fixed. I couldn’t return the spinach salad be cause I was on lunch and hungry. I’m not sure if the other salad was the same because my husband didn’t eat his right away but I’m sure it was. I ordered yesterday and it was a simple mistake about the slices of cake. The cake was returned today and I did receive the correct cake from yesterday. I don’t think I’ll order again from Honey Baked Ham for a long while. Being preoccupied while taking an order of the phone is the worse thing ever. It’s my time and money wasted. Read moreJust got my lunch and I'm completely dissatisfied with it. I'll start with the fact that their website and menu took 3 minutes to find. We order and and upon getting my food I first eat the potato salad which wasn't good at all. Next I open my sandwich the "ham classic" which is said on their website to be served on a flaky croissant but was on a regular bun. Decided to give them a call and see why, I was told that if I came in they advertise on the menu in the store on a bun. She offered to give me a discount but since I rarely leave the store for lunch I wasn't interested. Also the website says all sandwiches come with a pickle, also a LIE! She told me that her manager made the decision to apparently override company policy and only give out the pickles upon request. Apparently the manager only cares for the customers who are in the store and not the large companies who order take out. Do yourself a favor and get your lunch at one of the other local places who care about customers and aren't managed by someone trying to save $ .10...

Robin made my elderly non English speaking person feel less than by telling him “ I don’t have time for game” and when he repeated “Spanish please “ she rudely said something about English and hung up all my father was trying to see was at what time they closed. When I called back and asked what’s the best times to come in, Robin said “hello, it is two days before thanksgiving “ and as I was silenced from utter disbelief, she said “ok” and hung up as if the conversation was over same way she rudely hung up on my father.
