I called in an order on last night around 7:30 pm. They said it would take about 45 mins to a hour but no more than a hour. At 8:30 I called back and said what happened to my order, as I lost track myself. They asked what was the name on the order and I told them. The lady on the phone then says ohhh that was a delivery order...what!!!!! Yes it was a delivery order. Ok ma am as she says. Its going out now and we apologize. At 8:45 the store calls me and say we just wanted you to know your order has just left the store. Really I says to lady on the phone who says she was the Manager at this time. I said I talk to somebody 15 mins ago and they said order was already out the door and should be to me in a few minutes. Well she then puts me on hold another 5 -6 minutes. She said somebody was peeping in and that it hard for her to hear me. Just poor customer service all around. Then she says that the delivery driver was backed up and orders are taking from 1 1/2 hours to get out. I said why didn't anyone say that when people call in to order I would've came at my food not staying that far from restaurant. By this time 10 mins gone and she repeats well your order just left store. What!!!!! well y'all said 15 mins ago it left. Long day at work just getting home 7:15 and didn't want to go out and hungry this is what I get. Food finally arrives at 9:20 pm. I said who is the Owner or top Manager at this store so I can make a complaint. Nobody could tell me a name. Well this morning about 10:30 I call the store to talk to Manager and same run around I got last night. The Manager is not available but leave a message No not leaving a message because somebody can throw it away. I need to talk to somebody and get my complaint heard and resolved soon!!!! My neighbor told me about this restaurant and how he orders all the time so I have it a try and had a really bad experience and still haven't got it resolved. So 5 thumbs...
Read moreCustomer service is HORRIBLE.. they do not value nor appreciate their customers. I placed an order that amounted to over $30, the lady taking my order did not here me say large on both drinks not just one so another cashier was like just charge her .54 cent extra.. really it should not have been mentioned but corrected immediately. At this point I drive 10 miles home which is my fault as I usually always check my food but was just ready to get home. Well, get home and realize my order is wrong, I am home and I call to find out what they were going to do. The manager finally answers the phone and asks me to hold on.. as I already been waiting for five minutes.. no apologies just give me your number.. so I give her my number and tell her what happened. She was not apologetic, was not polite but extremely rude.. she placed me on hold again, comes back and says she spoke to the manger and they can remake my order but really they can just reimburse in a very snarky way so I said that's fine.. then she kept reiterating about how the good has to be brought back in order to be reimbursed.. I got up there got partiality reimbursed and had to ask for the remainder of my money.. asked to speak to the owner and the lady immediately said he is in his office bust and he will not be out no time soon.. this right here made me regret every some I ever spent at this place.. good food.. but if they ever messed up you will see how much you are valued needless to say we will not be back.

Read moreNot sure what happened to my review but I've ordered several times from them and each time it was good except the last two times from them lying to get extra tips two drivers with bad attitudes Subs stale and dry fries soaked in oil like chicken grease they taste old they look old I asked for no ice in our drinks they literally fill the cup up with ice so we literally had no product and now we're watching our credit cards I gave them the benefit of the doubt after last order was horrible and there was no resolved and the manager had a nasty attitude and asked what did we eat it ? we were the last order of the day supposedly so I called and called to tell them when the order came it wasn't too are satisfactory so I called first thing when they open next morning manager said we'll did we eat it this time after stating I won't be ordering again I waited a couple of months.
