This place is being run by young adults. Which is fine if they were competent. I scheduled a Mega party for my ten year old daughter. To start off the check in was horrible. The "crew" at the desk had a horrible attitude as our party guest arrived. There was no party coordinator. I received multiple emails with different names for party coordinators but never received an introduction to one when I arrived or for the entirety of my stay. Our things that included our own decorations for a little girl were never used because the "crew" just grabbed our things off the racks they provided without even saying a word. So once in the room we had to remove what seemed like decorations for a boy party and put up our own which left us with no time to enjoy our room time. The party package was supposed to include pizzas but they never arrived. If I wouldn't have brought my own additional pizzas the kids would have never ate after jumping for two hours. But yet there was a lot of dancing in the building from the crew and walking around eating pizza while we ate cold pizza brought by myself 2 hrs earlier. As a business owner I can honestly say I would never recommend this place to any of my clients. Neither would I ever book a party here for any of my three children. I asked the "crew" member to receive some type of refund and they said they would ask a "manager". Came back and said they can't refund me the missing pizzas because it's bundled into the package lol. The "manager" never came to apologize or show face. Being this close to Christmas time you'd think people would understand customer service should be at an all time high of excellence. I'm just disgusted by this experience. And now I can't contact no one for any resolution so I'm forced to leave reviews anywhere I can and make sure anyone I know understands the experience me and my family and friends had at this location.
Update: As suggested by owner I called spoke to the manager Maica, six days ago. He took my contact information and complaint and said he would call me back. Still waiting on...
Read moreSo yesterday on 05/25/25 I had a party scheduled for my baby at 3:30 and my baby party was canceled due there security cameras not working! They called at 12:30pm 2 1/2 hours before my party time to inform me on the issue it was stated they was having this issue since 9:00am that day they also stated they will give me a call back at 2:00 no later than 2:30 to inform me if the party was canceled or not 2:00 came nobody called at any point i tried calling family tries calling the phone lines was disconnected and so i headed to the store with me and my family and friends just to be told everything is canceled there was no other way for them to accomadate my family or friends and my son was left disappointed as well as the other children and families thay traveled to attemd my son party. I asked to speak to corporate was told there was no direct number for corporate only a email i was not able to get my money back in cash because i paid with a card but u would u think they could make that accomadation being that yall canceled my bby party the day of with no notice and everybody has showed up i took my last to have my baby party then i was pretty much asked to either wait on my refund or reschedule because if it reached the end of my party time and i havent made a decision it would not let them refund me in there system so i scheduled for today monday 05/26/25 at 3:30pm and we will see what happens i was in so much distress yesterday it hurt my feelings and my kids really bad left those he travled and took off work very upset alot of things that was payed for to prep for the party went to waste the cake is now a day old i felt like i failed my child but i will be back on a update on how today turnt out i couldnt go Without making this review because im really disturbed i have had plenty of parties here and this is by far the worst one and corporate still has not reached out to me and no all my family and friends wont be able to attend the party today but yet they have all of my money for a...
Read moreYesterday I came to Skyzone to have my daughter’s 13th birthday party which was a huge milestone to me as a single parent. When I got there I was greeted and I found out that we had to do waivers for the adults even though we weren’t jumping. That started a little frustration because I wasn’t aware of that. So as we finally get in and the kids are having fun I found out at 7pm that the pizza was late with no eta. So about 15-20 minutes later I went to go ask the staff on when the pizza would be here because we were suppose to have an hour in the room from 7:15-8:15. They had no clue and the manager ran off to go check, about 10 minutes later my mom went to go see about the pizza and it still wasn’t here idk what conversation she had with management but we wasn’t happy. About 8 we headed to the room to eat and the person that was assigned to my room started hanging out pizza said she will be back and stood outside the door for the rest of the time we was there talking and playing with her associates. We did everything for ourselves from that point on. By the time we were able to eat our time was up and the staff was ready for us to go. I also paid in advance for my party and upgraded my package just for all this to happen. Also my daughter never got received her shirt that was suppose to be apart of the party package I upgraded to. I was also told there was going to be a dodge ball game and no one ever came to coordinate it as well.There was also another party who was called before us and they got their food and I don’t understand why. Also there was inappropriate behavior from the other staff and their walkie talkie was taken and I was the one who got it back for them.
