Wawa — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I was happy to see Fayetteville NC get their 1st WAWA store. I have heard good things about WAWA and now I had my chance to experience it myself. I stopped by early one morning after I got off work and ordered their breakfast version of a Cheesesteak sandwich called the Beefsteak with egg and Pepper Jack cheese with onions and peppers and toasted bread. It was very good. I also ordered a Chicken Salad sandwich on toasted bread. It was very good. I ordered coffee. Good coffee. Clean store, clean bathroom, and friendly service. First time at a WaWa's. I've lived up North and had heard of them but never lived where there was one. It was a dissappointing experience. We paid $38 for 2 large pizzas. Very over-priced for gas station pizza. I thought it was worth trying. I was wrong. You can Food Lion take and bake for cheaper and the quality is better based on price alone. We ordered on the app but did not know there was a pick-up place on the side. So waited 20 minutes for no reason. No one asked us about our order. I am from New Jersey originally. I was so excited to see that we were getting a Wawa I’ve tried to order a couple of times and there’s always an issue this time I ordered a meatball Parm hoagie they were out of meatball Parm hoagie last time I tried to order it a different sandwich it wouldn’t let me modify mayonnaise vinegar or oil when I ordered on DoorDash so therefore again I couldn’t order it.
