Hot diggidy dog!! is all I can say about this good old classic hidden gem. I've passed Roxy avenue 100 times and never stopped in at this great family establishment which is tucked away with a turn off Raeford rd. Upon entry you're met with a nice family touch and the doors open to a full dining area of hungry patrons. Usually no order numbers are being yelled out just names from their long time loyal customer base. Their sanitation is 98.5 & the staff is very friendly allowing me to take a couple minutes on my 1st time order. I even allowed a couple people to cut me in line 🤣 because everything sounded so good lol. After much debate I decided to go with the bacon wrapped BLT combo one with just chili & a strawberry milkshake which came recommended. As orders were flying into the kitchen by a clothes line 👀 I knew I made the right choice! Not even five minutes later my order was ready and you could already smell the goodness. 🤤🤤🤤🤤 Where have you been all my life ... That crispy bacon wrapped around a perfectly grilled dog topped with one of the best chili's I've tasted is genius partnered with their crispy hot fries 🌭🥓🍟🔥💯 bout knocked me out for the day but the 🍓🥤 strawberry milkshake was the culprit 😴 if you haven't been definitely give them a visit. They do have a drive-thru & are open Monday - Friday...

New to the area and went here based on recommendation in a social media group.

After paying $14 for 4 hotdogs (2 all the way and 2 chili cheese with mustard) not only was I shocked by the expensive price (for such small hotdogs) but I was also disappointed bc one of my chili cheese dogs came with onions on it. I called them back to let them know and see if they could offer me a refund but unfortunately the lady I spoke to “passed the buck” for the mistake and didn’t offer to refund me. It was suggested for me to bring the hot dog back and exchange it??? (I thought that was a pre-COVID thing lol) plus I don’t have time to run all the way back on the other side of town to exchange food.

Major disappointment… I won’t be returning to give them another try. I’ll instead stick to Hot Dog Headquarters in Lillington, much cheaper, bigger better hotdogs! They get my order correct...

The owner Zoe has incredibly friendly face in this cozy mom&pop shop, with food that matches the atmosphere. There’s not a lot of places like this place, and everything was absolutely worth the price. Me and my GF were craving hot dogs and Zoe made us a meal right before closing.
