If I could put zero stars I would. We had issues at this wendy's maybe a year or so ago, but today my husband had a coupon so we decided to stop here for dinner because this location was on our way home from the store. First of all it took over 30 minutes to get through the drive through at 9pm. Secondly I specifically asked if I could order a salad without meat because I'm a vegetarian. I was fully prepared to simply get something else to eat at home if this wasn't possible but the woman on the speaker said that was fine. We finally got our food, drove 5 minutes home, unloaded all the groceries from the store and sat down to eat. My husband pulls the salad out of the bag and sitting right on top: chicken and bacon. So he calls the store and the guy who answers confirms the issue and says he can make us a new salad without any meat then bring it out to the car when we get there so we don't have to wait in line again. My husband says, sounds great and quickly grabs his shoes and gets there as quick as he can. So now it's after 10pm, and me being very pregnant, am starving and my husband just wants me to be able to eat as soon as possible. So he gets all the way there and the guy comes out and says, can I have your receipt and the incorrect salad? My husband says, you didn't say that you needed those things. I left them at home because I rushed here to get my wife some food. The employee asks my husband to come back home and get those things then go back to Wendy's. So my husband calls me on his way so I can find everything he needed and we discover that we never received a receipt in the first place. We paid by credit card so my husband calls back and says, we never got a receipt but I can show you the card we used to purchase it. We even talked to the woman in the drive thru about the card because she had to manually type it in and it has some smudges from my husband's work. We entered Wendy's at 9:10pm and it is now 10:25pm and I still haven't eaten because my husband has been rushing back and forth between home and Wendy's to get me some food to eat that we paid for initially. I'm sorry but if Wendy's makes mistakes like this that aren't our fault at all, we should have some kind of compensation. 2/28 at around 8pm I went to get a $1 Daveâs single (deal on app) and a frosty. There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru. After no movement and about 15 min time two cars left in front of me and many more that were behind me left.
I pulled up to the window and was told to wait. About 5 min later I placed my order. When I got to the window I was told that they donât have a scanner so they couldnât apply my deal. I asked the guy at the window to override the price and he called the âmanagerâ over. She repeated they had no scanner, I said can you overrride it plz. She claimed she couldnât. I said I have had this done before, she became argumentative saying I couldnât use a deal 5 times a day. I kinda laughed, surprised and said I havenât used a deal or been to Wendyâs in weeks⌠literally offered to show her in the app to see my last visit.
Then that wasnât the issue anymore and it became the excuse of you have to order the deal through the app. I showed her the deal was for in restaurant use and she said she just took a class and learned it is only on mobile order. Then why in the app does it allow me to load it for in restaurant use inside the app?
Basically she argued with me at the window for about 5 min and I did my best to be extra polite. She came across as just wanting to create problems. I know itâs a little Wendyâs job but she isnât capable of managing anything. I will never return to this location and I advise anyone to avoid it at all costs.

   Read moreWow a 2 star review from me. The only reason it is getting a 2 star verses a 1 star is because the young lady cashier at the window seemed remorseful about the service I received. It stared going wrong when I begin to place my order(my over all wait time was 40 minutes)..several things went down hill from there. They were out of items I had order through the app and paid for and the manager let me know that she will not substitute anything, so I sorta dealt with that, but still not happy with no type of accommodating fix. Then I was given 1/3 of my meal with a greasy nasty receipt, I sat at the window wondering where the rest of my order was, then 2 minutes later the young returned to the window say oh you have two more sandwiches. So I waited some more, then I decided to check my bag for the fries because I was hungry, there were stale cold! I asked for some more fresh hot fries and was asked to pull forward and I did. The cold fries were dropped back in the grease to be reheated and they still were mixed with cold fries. They gave me a fork for my shake, there were a few other things that were not good this visit. I had really tried being patient about the quality of EVERYTHING, but in the end, I did have to request a refund to the young lady that was serving me. The manager still did not even ask what the problems were because I am guessing she already knew. She did not apologize, she did look at me to even try to make things right, and yes I would have allowed her to do that, because really wanted Wendy's.
