Joe's Deli — Restaurant in Federal Way

First impression, fairly clean, very simple menu. Ordered and when I got my food I was surprised. I ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup. All I got was my half sandwich. A bit of a shocker when you see is three bites of bread and that’s your whole lunch. Not to mention it was a grilled cheese. The most simple and bland grilled cheese I’ve eaten. Soup never came and when I asked where it was they never charged me. Surprisingly, moments later she came over with a cup of soup. Thoughtful and I was appreciative. A win for the customer service. There is a huge homeless problem very nearby. If you’re not facing the windows you may not see anything outside. Probably won’t come here again unless I have no other option and hangry. Ordered over the phone picked up Denver omelet left for 5 mins came back into Joe's to eat inside mentioned that to Korean female owner she looked at her Latina cook and did a facial vomit expression to her then looked back at me as Latina cook laughed ! I was in shock however that was 2nd time Korean owner gave me utmost disrespectful facial expression! Called talked to her son/coworker about incident he defended her claiming I " took" it the wrong way! Son is even more disrespectful than his mother aggressive driver as well! Ordered the chicken ceaser wrap and a side of fries. The chicken in the wrap was hot which made all the veggies mushy and possibly contributed to all the dressing being in a pool at the bottom. The wrap itself wasn't closed very well so every bite was a battle to keep it intact. Because of the previously mentioned dressing pool, close to the end of the wrap I took a bite and it covered me in ceaser dressing. Also the fries were some how simultaneously hot and soggy.
