I’m so glad I gave this salon a try. I’ve been going to Luxury Lashes for about a year. The professionalism and expertise of the lash technicians is truly exceptional. Luba has been my lash technician for the last 5 months. She takes the time to understand my desired look and offers valuable advice on which lash style would suit me best. Her attention to detail is impeccable, ensuring every lash is perfectly placed to create a natural finish. The quality of the eyelash extensions are outstanding! Not only did they enhance the length and volume of my lashes, but they also felt incredibly lightweight and comfortable. The salon itself is clean, stylish, and exudes a calm and inviting atmosphere. The ambiance is so relaxing, I’ve fallen asleep during the session! (So embarrassing to actually snore!) The attention given to maintaining a hygienic environment reassures me that they prioritize their clients' safety and well-being. What truly sets this business apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire process. They patiently answered all my questions and provided helpful aftercare instructions to ensure my lashes would last as long as possible. Some of the technicians are learning to speak English and some are very fluent. Pictures of what you want and a translation app helps you communicate your desired look. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel right at home. The ambiance of the salon was soothing and elegant, instantly putting me at ease.I opted for a facial and lash treatment, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. The esthetician was not only highly skilled but also incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. She took the time to assess my skin type and concerns before customizing the facial to address my specific needs. The products used were of exceptional quality, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing.As for the lash treatment, I was amazed by the attention to detail and precision of the technician. ⚠️ had a really disappointing experience here. My mother-in-law booked me a Mother’s Day gift to get my nails done. When I arrived, I clearly showed “Tatiana” (which I believe her name is) the exact nail shape, color, and length I wanted. I already had medium length French acrylics on and told them I wanted long nails, and they said they could do it. While the nail tech who worked on me was initially polite, I asked her three times if she would make the nails long since she wasn’t adding any extensions and each time, she said yes. I didn’t want to keep pushing, so I trusted her. Unfortunately, once I realized the nails weren’t being done the way I asked, I spoke up. And that’s when things changed. The staff became extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for their names and one woman, who was wearing glasses( who was translating what I was saying) refused to tell me and acted very disrespectfully. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a special treat… The lady who was doing my nails was polite and kind before things escalated, and I believe there was a misunderstanding. they didn’t explain to her clearly what I wanted. However, their reaction afterward was extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for customers. When I expressed that the nails weren’t turning out how I had requested, I was told I could go get the rest of my nails done somewhere else and that I didn’t need to pay. So I got up and left.
