Wasn’t very happy they told me my card didn’t go thru even I signed the paper for the card and they took my card again I look at my bank account charge me twice and I never sign slip for second one I came back to talk to them ask do u have phone they said No do you have anyway I could talk to someone about this issues they gave there manager email with no name just a email on. When i look on google there on it I look after I left. Plus they very rude unprofessional about it when try tell them they told me I should call my bank Dispute the charges cards on it. Especially since I told my card twice and I didn’t get receipt showing it didn’t go through when only signing on slip. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGIAN!!!!! They told lost my business at this location. Plus it was first time this company trying it and i will never go back you totally lost a customer. Plus one more took them more 10 mins or more come finish my drink after place they both left there area too. Sorry for being upset. I wrk customer service myself and they were totally unprofessional how they handled it if I did that my job I would let go all the stuff they did. Am not very happy about that’s why i will never go back there again I go to area a lot see family and want to try something different because I have one close my house. Read moreLet me preface this with saying we love your coffee and most of your locations are awesome, just not this one. I visited the Pacific highway stand yesterday and pulled up with only 1 car ahead of me. I sat there for about 10 minutes waiting to see how many drinks this person was ordering since it was taking a while. Then the car starts up and pulls forward with out getting a drink. I pulled up to the window and said it was weird to be there all that time and not get a drink. The barista then casually said, "Oh that was just my boyfriend." So I raise the question, is it okay to spend 10 minutes talking to your significant other when paying customers are in line? I was giving this location a second chance since on a different visit I got attitude for asking for a receipt. We will no longer be going to this stand (which sucks because you have a guy working there that is badass) Maybe I'm being old school with my expectations but if I'm going to spend good money on coffee I think some customer service would be nice. Location went down hill the last couple weeks since they got rid of the people that knew what they were doing. I buy anywhere from 1-4 drinks at least twice a day and They don't read modifications on any of the drink orders they just make them how they come! They give attitude when you ask them to remake it and it just all around is not what it used to be. And definitely don't do any delivery apps bc they don't read those mods either and then ur stuck with a drink you dont like. And don't waste ur time trying to call corporate. All the numbers they have listed are out of service or don't work. Looks like I'll be finding a new place for mine and my coworkers drinks now. Oh and if you do go here, expect to wait in line at least 25-30 min for them to still get your drink wrong or be out of what you want.
