Most days I come here they’re super quick and friendly . So I give them that . However this white girl with pink hair took my order and I asked for a vanilla crème ( vanilla steamer / steamed milk) with extra whipped and mocha drizzle she then goes to ask me “okay vanilla crème, the hot one or the cold one” to which I replied “vanilla crème is the hot one vanilla BEAN is the cold one” to which she got an attitude and goes “yeah I know which is which however people ask for a cream and mean the cold one” I don’t really care what people order take my order, I ordered correctly I’m from Seattle I’ve been getting vanilla steamers for 15 years I don’t need you to ask me what I meant. So I told her I wanted the vanilla crème like I asked for and a strawberry lemonade to which she tries to correct me “you mean the strawberry açaí lemonade” girl I said strawberry lemonade , I left off one word and now you don’t know what I’m talking about ? Seriously? and when I get to the window I was positive she would mess up my drink, since she wanted to argue so I made sure to check my drink even though she was too “busy” to come to the window and of course I confirmed my drink was incorrect it was missing the mocha drizzle, maybe if you weren’t busy arguing with customers with a line of 8 cars you could get my drink right . USUALLY I don’t have issues here, Starbucks in my experience generally hires friendly people . Don’t sit here and ask me what type of drink I want when I just said what type of drink I want and then still get it wrong . I just got off a 10 hour shift. The lady who gave me my drink was beyond friendly and...
Read moreEVERY TIME my husband and I mobile order (which is almost daily) We stopped ordering for a while in HOPES that things would change, sadly, they didn't. they mess up our order. I'm starting to think they're RACIST!!!!! We PAY for extra caramel drizzle in his Frappuccino, and every day we've been going, they won't put enough. So, when I ask them to remake it, they pour a ton of caramel as if on purpose. My drink, they make it to the ratio of a tall drink which my husband too agrees and he's the calm ratonal one. I won't go to another one because, unfortunately, this is less than 1 minute away from our home, and the Safeway one, unfortunately, doesn't do orders ahead. They've had 2 different black girls working there, and they both made our drinks perfect with no problems!!! I even complimented them! Sadly, they're no longer there. I'm guessing they trained there, then got switched to other stores. Also, again, even though we're regulars, there's NO OPTIONS on the app to have my drink stirred nor to have my oatmeal dry, so I started to call in and let them know because they only put hot water, serving a hard, dry blob of oatmeal and have the audacity to get irritatedwhen I call!!! Fix the app and RESPECT your...
Read moreWasn't one of my more favorite experiences at a Starbucks and I realized location speaks volumes towards how the employees interact with customers but they don't serve Italian sodas anymore I don't think maybe Starbucks does at all but I wasn't aware of that and I had my fiance's son with me and I've been talking up Italian sodas to him and obviously we were both quite disappointed when they informed us that they don't do that I then asked if there was alternatives and was offered none that were kid-friendly at this location which was terribly upsetting for both he and I although I still got my drink and it was well made he was a little disappointed that he had to wait until we got down the street to Dutch Brothers to sample a Italian soda which went over quite well.
So all in all the experience wasn't all that great I probably wouldn't make an extra effort to stop at this location again there's better options on the south end then Starbucks I usually go there just because of their consistency but I was rebuffed and kind of treated as though it was an annoyance for me to ask if there was a kid friendly...
