I was heading to an event and had a craving for coconut shrimp. I searched for a spot nearby and found this place, which had mostly outstanding reviews. Since I was short on time, I placed an online to-go order and got an email confirmation that it had been accepted.

We were stuck in traffic for about 10 minutes—plenty of time for the order to at least be started. When I arrived, I expected to walk into a place buzzing with kitchen activity or at least smelling like food. Instead, I found two men sitting at a table chatting. One of them (who I assume was the owner) greeted me but looked confused, like he wasn’t expecting anyone.

I let him know I was there for my online pick-up order, and he awkwardly got up, checked the register, and said, “The coconut shrimp?” When I confirmed, he casually responded, “Oh, yeah, we ran out of that a few hours ago.” No apology, no effort to make it right—just a flat statement.

I get that mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication or customer service was frustrating. If they were out, why accept the order in the first place? A simple heads-up would have saved me the trip. Sure, it’s only a $15 order, but experiences like this add up. Based on the reviews, I’m sure the food is good, but I won’t be back...

We just ate dinner here and it was absolutely delicious! A tasty and healthy meal that leaves you feeling good after eating (can’t say that of many places these days). You can tell that the ingredients are quality and the food is prepared with care. I got the Santa Fe Burrito and my partner got the Bruschetta and both were prepared fresh and from scratch by the chef/owner. He even asked if we wanted fresh chocolate chip cookies and baked them while we were eating our food. They came out warm and gooey from the oven and he didn’t even include them on the bill even though I would have gladly paid!! Speaking of the bill, it was $23 which is nothing for a cooked from scratch, healthy and delicious dinner. I HIGHLY recommend this place. This business is a gem of a find. I wish I lived...

I can't say enough about how wonderful Andalucilla was to work with. We ordered 89 lunch box meals for a conference. They were so flexible when we didn't have the exact count on time. They made the lunches and delivered on a Saturday and even arrived a little early which is a stress reliever. We chose 4 lunches, 2 kinds of salads and 2 kinds of sandwiches, and they were all a big hit! The bread was fresh, the sandwiches were not boring, the lettuce was not slimy, there was a great assortment of toppings on the salads, and it all tasted delicious! The portions were generous.
