I ordered two medium pizzas on the app. It was scheduled for pickup at 8pm. I got there at 8 to pick up and my order was not ready. The employee told me I have to wait another 15 - 20 minutes. So I waited 45 minutes total. When the pizzas were done, I paid and rushed out since my family was waiting for dinner. When I got home, I opened the box to find two small pizzas with incorrect toppings. I called the store. No one answered so I went back to Pizza hut and told the manager the problem.
She took the two pizzas back and made me wait 30 minutes for a new order because they couldn't get the first one right. Altogether, I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for food with no apology.

We asked to speak to a manager and spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager and there was no one higher than them. They told us there was nothing they could do.
