Tortas Locas — Restaurant in Federal Way

Have been here multiple times trying to give it a chance since my co workers love it so much for some reason but In the end straight trash . Who puts hotdog in a torta??? Never seen that before. The asada was like biting into strips of leather and tasted disgusting. Eggs taste like they are old or not contained correctly. Not even the right bread no flavor or crunch just sadness . And even worse the customer service always charging me for the wrong items and other people’s orders and when I say something they deny it . Not even the salsa could save this sandwich because it was just as bad . Heard lots of stories of this place having rats and Being disgusting and I should have listened this place is nasty and disgusting and straight up terrible. The place next door is ten times better but more expensive but I am totally fine spending more for better food . Adding on everytime I dine there my stomach always feels like the worst the whole day and not just a normal stomach ache but full on pains that just make me wanna lie down and drink pepto for the rest of the day , almost made me leave work just because of it . I don't understand how they can can call their business name tortas local if they don't even know know how to make the tortas I buy this morning a torta Cubana and a Hawaiian torta and they just put 2 slices of ham mayo and a slice of pineapple tell me if we can call it Hawaiian torta and also the Cubana torta they just put chorizo,tomates,lettuce,and chicken this is ridiculous I am really upset I paid almost $80 dollars for what I asked and they didn't make anything the right way this is my second time but the first time I thought they were wrong and I wanted to come back but they have lost several clients because of their bad service This is not fair...

The food is good. Sometimes..depending on who's cooking. The lady with the drawn brows is always rude or just moody. I called ahead and said no onion on taco . My daughter cant have onion. She insisted that it was going to take long maybe I should just take them like that. Uh no. I wouldn't mind but it's for my daughter she cant have onion . Made that clear twice. She always seems rushed. When I ask her about something missing or improving she goes stright to well I'm not the owner. Okay??? She just needs better customer service. I give her...
