If I could give a rating less than 1 Star I definitely will. I went in to order my son’s 1st birthday cake they had a sample cake in a square form and I asked for that cake but in a round cake with the theme of paw patrol. I went in on 01/01 to pick the cake up amd the lady who helped me was really nice and she told me the cake was done but not how I wanted it. She showed me the cake and told me what they werent able to amd the next time to just get a squares cake. I wasnt going to complain but i just fot pissed off by looking at the cake. When I got to the cashier I asked to speak to the manager. While I spoke to the manager she agreed that cale was in bad conditions and that she would give me a discount but the she had to talk to her manager. They were only able to refund me $10 because the lead baker who happens to be the lady who took my order wasnt in and they couldn’t verify if i did or didn’t order the cake how it was. I would be cautious with the hot food section here. I’ve tried it twice, the first time tasted something moldy in the taquito. The second time, got a really poor-smelling chicken tamal (smelled like cigarette, maybe just char from the cooking process). I didn’t even try eating it. A small bug (not a fly) was on the hot bar near the tamales as well. There were some moldy bags of bread at the bakery also.

After experiencing these things, I don’t have trust in the cleanliness or quality of the food produced at this store.

There is alot of potential here, it’s too bad that the hot foods section and bakery are not well run. Maybe my expectations were too high!

The employees I’ve interacted with were very kind. The produce has been good. The variety of packaged products is good as well.

This it's gong to be long... First off, it's Korean owned. They have HMart across the street that was found to have cockroaches. So no more HMART for me and about the whole office. Two weeks ago bought two hot plates and two soups. The hot plates were incredibly spicy and threw them out. Went yesterday and bought the meatball soup and three other plates. The soup? Spicy to where it messed up my stomach - with only one bite of one meatball. I called today @10am and sw Mark..coutreous, patient and understanding. Will give my message to the GM to call me (we'll see) but they don't credit on food that is weighed as they can't do anything with the return (like put it back in they pot? Throw it away?) and can't determine how muh was eaten. (Let's.check my receipt to see what it weighed before and what the weight is now!!) I will change my review only if i get...
