Always make sure they give you the price of what your coupon says.The coupon was for an Italian Hero for $6.00 and was charged $7.50 plus tax.They Did not seem to listen to my wife she had to repeat herself several times to get sub heated until I said something and then they finally did it and I believe we where over charged on the sub we ordered they said we asked for double meat and all we wanted was what the coupon called for.I talked to someone on the phone and was promised to be sent something and have not received what we where promised and made a call back(4/5/17) but have not got one in return.This all happened on 3/25/17 and 3/27/17.They offer no explanation on weather that I might be mistaken or that they might be wrong.It is just easier to ignore the situation even after already talking to me.I will never partake in this Subway again because of this...

I recently moved to the area and decided to get sandwiches for my 12 hour shift. I ordered several hours ahead of time online. But I get there and there’s another person waiting for their food ordered ahead of time. I ask about mine because it’s time for my food to be ready. I get a yours is still being made. No it hadn’t even been started. 20 minutes later it’s ready. It was completely dead inside the restaurant as well. I can get over that but the sandwich was probably the worst I’ve ever had! Dry stale bread and barely any toppings or meat. It was a terrible experience. Disappointing since this is on my way to work and closest to my house but I’m driving out of my way from now on to another location. Another person got me a sandwich from there as well and it was disgusting! Never again!! Now I know why it was...

There is no way Mel is still managing this location. I used to work here and the service here has gone extremely downhill. Was literally the only person in the drive thru, not one person in the store, and six inch sub took over 10 minutes. The other employee was inside just drinking her coke doing nothing. She could have taken my payment while the other person made the sandwich. Then, I get handed the card reader, and it makes me choose "enter phone number, scan subway card, or join subway rewards". I asked if I had to make a selection and the kid just looked at me and goes "ummmm, hold on," took my card and I waited another 3 minutes before he handed it back to me with my food. No explanation. Not to mention since when does a BMT include a turkey slice...
