Arby's — Restaurant in Fergus Falls

Update: Still an awesome crew! They were running a bit behind and I could hear and see so much teamwork, and checking in with each other to see who needed what. More places need to use them as an example! I don't mind having to wait little bit when I know everyone is working their butts off equally!

Updating my previous review (of poor) to reflect my experience today. The employee taking my order was very patient and friendly with me (I needed him to repeat some things because I was having problems hearing - not because he wasn't loud enough, I just couldn't hear well today).

I was very impressed with the team work I saw today. He couldn't find a button for an item I ordered and was apologetic , asked for help from a coworker and actually had 2 hustle over to help him out. And then another employee who heard what it was let me know that item was actually coming fresh out of the fryer right then as well!

My food came out quickly and fresh and delicious! But I was most impressed with the friendliness of the employees and the awesome...

I wanted to take the time out to Thank 🙏🏽 Trisha and her team for keeping the bathroom clean and actually maintaining the baby's changing place with protective sheets for safe cleaning. I have used these necessities in countless places and never in my life have I seen one actually filled up and restocked. Trisha and her staff understand cleanliness is an important quality to make their service run smoothly. The sandwich 🥪 I enjoyed we're two actually, Thanks 👍🏾 to the $7 dollar deal; I got to enjoy the 🧀 roast beef sandwich along with a gyro for later on our trip to Minnesota.Their quality of ingredients was fresh and delicious just like their other recipes. Now, we forever have a staple place to visit whenever we're on the road again to visit our parents and let them see their grandchild. Thank you again guys for the excellent 👌🏾...

CLOSED AND BULLDOZED. GONE CLOSED Look I try and find the good in any place that I stop at. I'm here often because of a weekly appointment nearby. This place is run down, and the folks that work here are just really not interested in being happy and uplifted and cheerful and it shows in how the place looks and the feeling you get when you go inside. I like Arby's generally and I frequent this place out of convenience but I often ask myself why. Unfortunately you have to enter the place from the back which is hard to get to. They don't do a good job of cleaning the snow out so you're kind of sliding through the drive-thru. The drive-thru speaker system is hard to hear them and just all around it's a three out of five stars I don't know that the owners care anymore they're just trying to get a few bucks and maintain the place while they decide what to do with it you'll see that my other reviews are very very seldom...
