Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ferguson Township

Had been ordering from this store with no issue until today. Wanted to change the order that requested online as usual. The online tool has limited functions, so I called. A guy didn't even bother making efforts in taking down the name, phone number or address but directly told me they don't have my order and asked me to call the other store. I called the other store, got the same answer. I decided to check my profile online...I have exactly the same set up for the past 11 orders. I called back. This time a girl asked the address but a few times but didn't bother write it down but reply back the wrong address. I told her twice again, even spelled letter by letter for her. Finally a woman took over the call and told me "the order is made, too late to make changes". I was thinking if the 4th person told me there's no my order, I was about to dispute it with my credit card company. Suggestion for the store: if you wanted tp ask for the address or name, at least write it down letter by letter...so won't mess up and waste the customer time. This call could have been answered right at the first time. Suggestion for online ordering tool: more functions needs, such as change the order. so no need to deal with people can't address the call. this is genuinely insane. i order a pizza 2 hours ago and it says the driver left dominos an hour and 15 minutes ago. seriously what is he doing? taking a joyride with my large pepperoni? i have been on hold on the phone for 10 minutes and nobody will pick up. everybody knows that you are not that busy. if you are going to narrow your career path to a pizza delivery man how about you actually deliver the pizza. i wanted to leave my house 30 minutes ago and now i’m waiting on charles to deliver my phantom pizza on his hoverboard. i literally don’t even want my pizza anymore i just want to speak to his father and ask if he’s happy with his sons life choices. if i was a union representing dominos pizza i would file an unfair labor practice against this whole joint. this is the worst...

This is my second time ordering pizza from this location for my son who is a student at Penn State. Both orders have been fantastic. My recent order was fully done using the Domino’s app which is a five star too. I was able to order everything on the app without any issues and I absolutely love that you can see the progress in real time! The entire process from ordering to receiving the delivery was about 30 minutes. The driver called my son to notify him he was at the dorm and he was very happy with the order! I’m sure the pizza tasted better than these photos I was able to get from my son - try asking for a pic from a teenager 🤦🏻‍♂️. Overall very happy with the food, delivery and entire ordering process! I highly recommend...
