My Thai — Restaurant in Ferguson Township

Before they moved locations their food was awesome. I thought their curry was the best in town.

A month or so ago I told my family about how good they were and we decided to order. Got two of the lemongrass chicken for almost $15 each...it came as one burnt piece of chicken on ice burg lettuce and tasted nothing like lemongrass. My pad Thai was okay but probably my least favorite I’ve ever had.

When my boyfriend called to complain about the burnt chicken an hour long ordeal followed. Several times they set down the phone without warning. Told us we had to drive the food back in the morning to get a refund. And finally agreed to get our money back if we didn’t write a bad review.

I would have given the food another chance, but because of the terrible customer service we will never be going back.

After a previous bad experience, I decided to try this place again. The vegetables on my salad were so old I was scared to eat them. These were the fresh carrots and the pepper was old and dried up the same. I got food poisoning from old vegetables that looked like this. I cannot fathom how they could serve this to someone. If the judgement is that poor it makes me scared to eat the rest...

I ordered a roast pork chow mein from this place. Something I have ordered maybe 30-40 times in my life from differing asian restaurants. They literally gave me a salad with a few slivers of roast pork with noodles and a small bag of crispy puffs. This is supposed to be a egg noodle style dish as evidenced by every Google image you can find. The restaurant, instead of fixing it and making me this or something else, told me I would have to pay for another dish because that is how they make it there. No other Asian restaurant makes it like this and if they want to make a different dish they should list what they make with ingredients and/or pictures. Chow mein literally translates to "stir fried noodles". I am pretty positive they just made the wrong thing and don't want to fix their mistake. The customer service was severely lacking and instead of fixing it by making something else or this dish correctly they opted to ignore me and tell me to go away in broken English. What a joke. buyer beware. My cc company will be getting a chareback notification. The pork egg roll was also super soggy with oil but I didn't take a picture of that....

Horrible! Worst Thai food I have ever had. Pad Thai doesn't seem like something too hard to mess up but they did--didn't even taste like the traditional peanut sauce. I HATE wasting food but this was inedible and went right in the trash. Ordered it with veggies and I think it had one green bean with it. Pineapple fried rice just tasted like rice and chicken with a bunch of yellow curry powder on it. Everything was overly salty and just tasted like fish sauce. Food arrived almost an hour after the expected delivery time. When I called to see what was going on, someone answered and I then listened to a minute or two of background noise and a side conversation before they acknowledged I was on the phone. They said they would check on it and call me back but never did. I would give 0 stars if I could. The coconut sticky rice for dessert was okay so that was something that was edible. I'm sick of the lack of food options in this area. Bonus points of feeling bloated and having heartburn the rest of the night! This was just another waste of money on another sub par state...
