Peking Chop Suey — Restaurant in Ferguson

@Symantha Floyd...... are you CRAZY??? Head to the CITY??? WHERE (And I mean W-H-E-R-E EXACTLY!!!) in the city are you referring to? Some of the WORST rice in St. L is in the city and some of the best rice in St.L is in the city. Are you even from St.L? Because Peking is LEGENDARY - that's why it ALWAYS stays PACKED from opening to closing. Some of the rice people brag on in the city gets a grade C (or D) from the department of health, and the ONLY reason they brag on it is those people where fed 'ghetto-rice' all their life so they have no idea what good rice taste like anyway. I grew up half my life in both city AND county. The ONLY thing that can compete with Peking is the old Chong-Wha or Lisa's in what was formerly Northland shopping center. I been eating Peking ALL my life so @Symantha Floyd PLEEEEEASE tell us EXACTLY where in the city you are referring to because I VIVIDLY remember when a LOT of chop-suey places in the city was serving RATS & CATS in the early 90's! So I visited them on last Sunday around 7pm..although I personally didn't have any issues, I witnessed some BS that made my stomach turn and at that point I decided, I could no longer patronize them...I have been coming here more than 30 years, but the way the older man, probably the owner, talked down and demeaning to another black male customer led to decide that night was my last time there .if I could have gotten my money back, I would have for GP...the older man's exact words were, and I quote, " what do you order, what do you want , hurry up, I have no time for you" wait a whole.damn minute, you have no time.for a customer who was.not rude, who was trying to order, who was reviewing your menu to speed his money at your establishment...he said it MORR THAN ONCE! The guy finally said, you have no time for me so inwill.take my money elsewhere, as he should. PE King definitely showed me first hand how they feel about black male customers in particular, there I too.cant spend another thin dime there, regardless to me actually thinking their food was.decent..I'm real disappointed, but I will be...

I am only giving one star because 0 stars was not an option. Extremely horrible experience. Had an issue picking up ducks for Thanksgiving as owner looked at my daughter and I and said "you people are always trying to get over"....My wife's cousin purchased 2 ducks and sent us the receipt asking us to pick up the order as he had to work. When we produced the receipt, the racist comments were verbalized by the owner and his son. We are African American and were offended that another minority race especially would be so rude. The owner stated that his behavior and words didn't matter..I think he is under the impression that he can say what he wants with no consequences. ...We will never go back to this place. Not only did they not give us the food, they refused to satisfy the request for a refund. They did not apologize for racist comments and dismissed us.
