Donut Delight — Restaurant in Missouri

We have purchased donut from here about 10 times I never eat them because they always look horrible to me and not fresh at all, my Brother In-Law brought donuts from here on 3/6/2025 and he returned to our company with these they look horrible puffy and old so old the sugar had fallen off the donuts, I called the people a black girl answered and I explained about those donuts not being fresh and looks horrible she was going back a forward about them being fresh. I stated I was not going back and forward about it and she put a white girl on the phone saying Hello I stated Hello, she stated how can I help you, I stated why would she put you on the phone without telling you my issue that I’m calling about? I had to repeat the issue of those donuts not being fresh and looks horrible and she stated we do not guarantee fresh donuts or hot donuts I stated what, so what do you guarantee and I stated to her I will be sending those donuts back and get my money back and she stated ok. I sent my Brother In-Law back to return them He comes back with them I stated what are you doing coming back with those and he said the white lady stated she told me she was not taking the donuts back. Which is a lye she never told me that she told me ok when I stated I was bring them back. You live and learn do not go to this place they have horrible donuts and service skills and the donuts are not cheap so that was money down the drain for sure. I do not believe the bird 🦅 birds would want them either they look so horrible, we will never patronize this...

Don't like their danishes, taste greasy. The donuts taste great but they too big and doughy.....may just stick with quick trip donuts. Update 7/2021and they taste good they just weren't hot to me. Donuts should be hot for me to enjoy them like I want. 7/2022 the lemon filled donut was OK and the blueberry donut was good, it needed more blueberry flavor but it was good. Came 9/17/2022 some girl that works there is only good for getting the correct donut. But she kept sticking my debit card in the machine cuz she doesn't know how to complete transactions. Others came after me n left b4 me then she asked what's your pin number? I told her I'll get some cash cuz i can't give you that. She should be fired!!!! Then I called to speak w a manager and she said it's her 2nd day. I'm sorry but Idc. Either monitor her or fire her. Don't talk to me like her mistakes are acceptable cuz it's not. To pick out the wrong donut wouldn't be okay and to ask for my Debit card pin is even worse! Good donuts but unprofessional workers. If I'd known she'd be unapologetic I would've never called. I love this place. Great donuts 🍩 They are the best donuts in St.Louis in my option. Great staff and very professional. The only problem with this place is it’s in a bad area and the building is so old and terrible . They took a old Hardee’s and turned it in to a donut shop. It is for sure in need of a remodel and needs to be fixed up. The parking lot is very small . You have to get there early to get donuts . If you wait too long there will be none left. The bathrooms 🚽 are terrible and messy. Even though this place has its flaws it’s still has great donuts and they are so yummy 😋. I would totally recommend this place and grab yourself some amazing amazing amazing donuts 🍩
