This place is crazy I placed a $1900 order online with threshold delivery the store calls the delivery day and tells me they are in route until he ask me where is the order to be placed at I told him I ordered threshold delivery he says I don't believe we bring stuff in the home I said well my online order let me order it so he said let me call you back I never get a call back I call the next morning and the guy Denzell tells me they can only bring my order to the front of my home I said I paid over $200 for threshold a regular delivery is only $79 dollars so they tell me we will refund the difference after the delivery. So I said ok so now the delivery is set for the following week... When it finally arrives I pay out of pocket to get the drywall brung in doors it was 81 sheets.. when then guys get to the last 15 sheets they where wet and the corner of ten of the sheets where crushed in... I took Pics and called home Depot back and they told me they would come and get the bad sheets but I would have to bring the bad ones back outside... They would not come in doors so basically I have to pay someone to bring them back outside... After all I been through with this order they are making me bring the bad sheets back outside it's not my fault that they brung me damaged materials.... Home Depot should take a look at the Ferguson Mo. Store cause from management on down they are horrible! No one said sorry for your inconvenience I ordered this stuff March 4 2024 and I'm still dealing with this order this is...
ย ย ย Read moreBrought my mother in today to shop in the garden department. Sheโs been homebound since the holidays, and has been looking forward to working outside this summer.
Our visit was disappointing for a few reasons. The entire garden department was unattended by any employees. There was no one around to answer her questions or help her. I did the best I could, reaching what she wanted, and stepping into the narrow passageways of the flower racks. If she had been alone and injured a falling rack, basket or pot, no one would have known she was out there.
The worst part was the checkout. It is a supervised self-checkout, which is fine, but there were three employees sitting watching us, chatting and looking at their phones. Not once did they greet us or offer even the slightest bit of help, even as I struggled to scan the bags of soil in momโs cart. They were totally indifferent to our presence.
If I am responsible for scanning my items, and completing my transaction, what is possibly the point of having three employees there? They were not going to go out of their way to offer any assistance, especially if theyโre getting the same hourly rate regardless of what they do. Next season, Iโll take mom to a garden shop or greenhouse to get...

I purchased this appliance online they delivered the items as he was bringing the items in water was leaking from the appliance in the box as though it has been used asked him about it he said that they test the items to make sure they are working. I found out that is not true. Not only that they didn't have my power cord had to go and get it from home Depot. They give you 48 to check your appliances at the time we we're doing repairs to the home so wasn't able to get to it in time. When we finally used the appliance it was malfunctioning didn't wash the dishes, making loud noises and taken very long time to complete the wash, contact customer service and the set up for someone to come out, so don't buy don't go through this head ache.
Update 10/23 Well people Frigidaire service techs came to inspect the dishwasher informed me what was happening, what was needed and it is currently working well. I still say buy at your own risk but for me they came through thank you Frigidaire...
