Ashley Stewart — Local services in Ferguson

As a customers I expect quality when I spend my hard earned money. 1st let’s start with how rude the workers are. There was 3 women working and not one greeted me or asked me if I needed help, but did notice how I didn’t have on a mask and then said I had to get one in order to shop. Also while checking out I sat there while the two ladies chatted and laughed about a co worker having covid. Which is not funny at all. After a few minutes it’s when they actually acknowledged that I was in line, and then checked me out.

Now let’s get into there items, there store did not have a great presentation, they clothes and jewelry appeared very cheap and look dull, and my earring broke the same night. They do have good undergarments so that would be the only thing I would ever purchase from them again and so will be doing so online. I ordered a pair of really cute rose gold slides Unfortunately they run Really small, I usually wear a 7 & 1/2 and ordered an 8W it fit like a size 5. So the policy on the back of the return postage says you can return unworn items within 30 days with original receipt which is exactly what I had I purchased the shoes May 31st. I went to the only location in St. Louis off of new halls ferry they manager was VERY rude. She kept saying I couldn’t return the shoes in store when it clearly states that I can. There were 3 women working when I visited today at 4:36 pm. They didnt acknowledge me at all. They were talkn about another employee and the manager said this is a conversation we need to have outside of work as she was talking bad about the other colleague as well. I walked up several times needing help and had to wait for them to end their conversation before they said anything to me. Upon ringing out I only needed to spend an additional $3.86 to get another 25diva dollars yet the cashier never advised me of that.
