We ordered a pizza, chicken Alfredo, 8pc chicken bites, 2 extra bbq (they give 1 with that order, so I should have gotten 3 total), and the Philly cheesesteak and 2 liter coke.
Pizza arrived quickly.
Pizza, Alfredo, and chicken bites looked good, however I was missing 1 extra bbq sauce.
My sandwich was supposed to have extra meat on it and it looked like it was completely forgotten. I asked the driver if that was considered extra meat, because I’m not kidding when there was barely anything on it, and it looked burnt, and he actually said, “yes”. I gave it back to him and, having never had to return food via delivery before, awkwardly asked him to take it back and remove it from my charge.
He starts to walk away, and he says he’ll be right back, and I believed he meant to the missing extra bbq sauce. So I said, “no, just take that off, too, so you don’t have to drive all the way back here just for a sauce.”
Some time later I get a knock on my door. He’s back with the sandwich.
This time it looks more like it should, albeit still burnt looking to an extent, but more edible than before. I told him I didn’t want the sandwich, but since it looked a little better, and because he drove all the way back out here, I accepted it, and asked for the extra bbq sauce, since clearly he didn’t hear me regarding the sandwich, and he replies, “I had them take that off because you said you didn’t want it.”
Oh my God.
I took a picture of what it looked like before he left (when he came back with the second sandwich) and what one side looks like with “extra meat”. I also, after pics were taken, added the meat from one side to the other. The taste is OK, but bland. I wouldn’t recommend buying the sandwiches.

The girl delivering did not give me my sauces which I had to ask for anc she had the worst attitude. I ordered pizzas all over US but, guess if not corporate they care less. Today I ordered pizzas 7 for staff at Marriott and spent extra $200 to get steak n cheese extra giving 2 types. It was too brown on bottom and cheese all dried out. If I eas cheap as a guest of a hotel I woukd not be buying staff pizza. It’s principle snd this woman either owner, Mgr or employee says she reported me . It’s funny in decades of ordering dominos with no reports on earth. I found Jax and Fersndina to be the worst in the country. They all have attitudes & trust me they don’t offer an apology or a free pizza, nothing! So thinking of opening up pizza place since my Italian family is in Guinness book of world records largest pizza menu they have customers world wide bc the best in the country. Chicago might be coming to Fernandina beach!! I called thought 3 x last order she says 6 it’s bc 2x they did not pick up for me 2x hung up on me. Just wanted I’m sorry! They deserve a zero! Spent too much st this store to be treated like I don’t matter! Go to mgmt schooler take lessons from the Ritz owners. Does not matter if privately owned or corporate we as customers matter! Read moreIt is true that most people leave reviews when they are mad! I was mad. I tried to order online but the website wouldn’t display the drinks when I clicked drinks. I decided to order without drinks. I clicked to pay via PayPal. It linked me to PayPal and I logged in and clicked to pay. It directed me back to the screen to pay. It didn’t acknowledge that I had selected PayPal and processed the order. So I called my order in and the man to whom I spoke explained that he had not had drinks in weeks and that he is three truck deliveries behind and keeps calling them for drink deliveries. He also apologized about the attempted payment an assured me that if PayPal was charged it would be refunded in two to three business days. That is not his fault. I just wish the website had explained they didn’t have drinks instead of me thinking it was down. He was super friendly and I happily placed my order. My husband accepted the delivery. The chocolate lava cakes were missing. I called and spoke to the same man. He was supper apologetic and immediately called the driver. He called me back and apologized again. He was so sincere and professional that I asked if he was the owner. He said he was the manager. He is a great manager. He does not make excuses and he fixes the problems. He is customer focused.
