Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Ferndale

Drive to a different one! The ferndale branch is a joke. We have had nothing but the WORST service from this jack in the box. The employees have some of the worst attitudes i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I came through with my family ordered a few meals and some poppers. I was told i could not have sauce for my poppers without paying extra (sense when? Lol). We waited 15 mins (being the only ones in there and no one in the drive through) so by the time i had gotten my food it was ice cold. Then i went down to eat with my kids and realized the order was wrong....so i got up and i politely explained to them my order was incorrect and cold and asked for it to be fixed and that i was missing a fry and a drink And then proceeded to agrue with me until i presented a receipt. So i did! To which they responded with a scoff and an eye roll. This is not the 1st time i have had this kind of problem. I had hoped over time the service and food woupd improve. But i was very wrong. I will NEVER return to this jack in the box. Worst fast food experience of my life. If you absolutely need ur jack in the box fix, pick ANY one but the one...

The kid who took my order was inordinately rude. He wouldn't or could not directly answer any of my questions. Gave me a pitifully small amount of fries. I ordered a large andbit was 4 bites worth of food. I came back to ask for water and he told me it was going to cost 4.25 for water unless I got a small then I asked what size a small was, he picked up a cup and filled it without declaring it, then refused to give it to me and verbally attacked me for being rude. I requested the water several times and to know his managers name several times and he said he wasn't going to tell me his managers name, shut the window, then I think I saw him videotaping me as I left.

I think that little tik tok brat needs to go back to kindergarten to get an education on question asked question answered.

I would never go back to that site on my own and if I were the manager I'd fire him and tell him this review is why.

I don't buy fast food french fries or leave review often but the cilantro sauce and service there suck. And that kid isn't...

I went to Jack in The box on my way home from picking up my brand new car, number one they got my order wrong, after verifying it on the screen, I was completely ignored by the person taking my order that it was wrong, and then proceeded to the window where he handed me a drink with the lid not completely closed and dumped root beer all over me and the interior of my brand new car, needless to say I was not happy, I had lakes of root beer in both my cup holders and everything is now sticky, he did give me a bunch of napkins after I repeatedly asked for some, and then of course I had to drive to the front to wait for my food, which was not correct either but I was to upset to go around again to say anything, I will not be going back there again, and since then I've been hearing a lot of experiences from other people like mine, which is kind of a shame, because the food is not bad, a little greasy but not bad, it is fast...
