The girl at the drive in window lost $12 in gift cards when I'd asked her to combine my cards. When I asked her about it, she lied instead of admitting she didn't know what she was doing. Later, when I realized that my balance was wrong, I went in to talk to the staff to get it straightened out. The first woman I talked to was unhelpful, so I talked to the manager. If she'd have looked into it, she would be able to see what happened, as I had the receipts. Instead, she told me to call Starbucks Customer Service. She said they'd be able to fix it. I doubted it, but I called. They couldn't do anything for me accept advise me to open a Starbucks account on line to keep track of my coffee cards. So much time wasted. The three staff members I talked to there had TERRIBLE customer service. And their soy milk lattes are too sweet. I will always go to Woods from now on, if I am getting coffee in Ferndale.
