So tbh I usually think it's pretty redundant to review fast food when typically we all know it's a "you get what you pay for" kinda deal. That being said I definitely felt compelled today after ordering a Bacon Double Quarter Pounder with cheese. Y'know, the version that has the price of the bacon already included. I'm also VERY picky and I always order my burger plain, just cheese meat and bun. Years of doing this has conditioned me to habitually check my burger before leaving the lot. I know these places can be pretty hectic and busy inside. I've worked fast food before so I get it. But, we did our due diligence and TRIPLE CHECKED to make sure the burger would be made to order. We reiterated over the mic twice and checked at the front window. When we received our order, everything was correct, EXCEPT the burger we checked in with 3 times. Not only did it have all the condiments, but it also didn't have an single strip of bacon AND it was charged as a regular Quarter Pounder with bacon added, which, if you didn't know, the charge for bacon is basically the price of another burger. Now, I know this isn't their issue, but we're on our way out of town and this little detour added an additional 30+ minutes to what should have been a very fast stop. They did offer a refund which like, fine I guess, but we came to eat food so I was actually kind of shocked when they asked if we wanted the burger replaced. Like, do you really think we drove back around for a refund? Girl bye, I'm freaking hungry. They made the burger AFTER the entire refund situation so when we got it, the cheese wasn't even melted. All in all, it was just a very frustrating trip to a fast food staple. Again, I get it, it's fast food. But to have checked so thoroughly just to get over charged for the wrong...
Read moreI have given this place far too many chances. Morning crew is ok, the night crew doesn't care at all about the customers! Please, if you are driving through at night or live in town and crave something at night, do Not go to this place! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! They gave me someone else's order today, even though they repeated to me what my order was correctly... I drove all the way home and took out the burger and noticed that it was a total different burger with different specialty things added to it. I then drove all the way back and explained myself to the "manager" on duty and told her I had gone all the way home and had to go out of my way to go all the way back, she could care less, gave me the correct burger and that was it, didn't even place it in a bag, just handed me the oily wrapped burger (the wax paper was really oily). I suggested that they train their crew to correctly watch what orders that they are giving out, she didn't say anything nor tell the girl at the window anything at all.... this is why they do what they want, because they never get corrected for their errors, NOTHING gets done! Literally I think the only thing saving this place is the morning crew, suzette (I think that's her name) from the front lobby, Iina at the window giving out the CORRECT orders and whomever manages the crew in...
Read moreI went through the drive through one morning and there always tends to be a line so I was being patient. The lady who took my order and that I paid was friendly and the food I got was to be expwcted. However what made this trip memorable was that as I was sitting by the window waiting for my two breakfast sandwiches and an orange juice, I noticed (and overheard) that the machine was "not working" I then watched the woman responsible for handing me my food mix some of whatever came out of the machine, with whatever orange drink they had in their soda line up with some water and try to hand it to me as if it was what I was expecting. I politely declined to which she responded "why not!?" And I explained I didn't want whatever she mixed together and she promptly said "ugh! It's just water" and I said "ok" even though I saw what she did. She then must've got the sense I would complain and then started apologizing profusely and asked if she could give me anything else. I again declined and left. I would've appreciated honesty about the machine...
