Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Fernley

I have been going to the Papa Murphy's in Fernley, NV for over a year and never had a bad experience until Dwight came along. Every time he would get my order wrong, but I never held it against him; being new can be hard. I went in for pizza on 8/10/18 to pick up a pizza - husband wanted pepperoni, salami and double mushroom. There's currently a sale for a two topping large just shy of $7. I asked if I could get that but add the two toppings. Should have come to about $10 or so. I got charged $15.50. When I asked why it was so much more, Dwight got huffy with me. He immediately took additude with me over a simple question and talked down to me. I paid - husband really wanted pizza - but resolved to never go back. However...the pizza was made wrong.

My husband took the pizza back in, wanting it corrected, and to also know why it cost so much. Dwight immediately took additude again, said "as I told the girl..." ( I'm 35) and my husband cut him off. He no longer wanted the pizza. So he got our money back, Dwight threw the pizza in the trash, and the store has lost regular customers.

I'm disapponted; before he came around, I always had a very pleasant experience and even donated to the causes they promoted. Now we will never be back. All it would have taken was a respectful tone explaining why I couldn't add toppings on to a deal and I would have been satisfied. I would have paid and ate the wrong pizza without incident...but additude...

Normally I have good service, But the last two times they messed up my order. The first time forgetting a topping that comes on the pizza. We drove back and picked up the topping and added it ourselves. Then tonight they obviously didn't look at the ticket that told them no BBQ, regular sauce. Then I call to let them know of the mistake and the girl on the phone tells me i need to prove it to get my pizza remade. Are you kidding me?? you messed up my pizza and I have to prove it. Awful customer service. I will talk to corporate and the GM of this store. I do have a copy of the original order stating no bbq regular sauce. and could have brandished it to get a new pizza but...

Ok, when did they start making crustless keto options? I've been keto for 3 yrs and seriously had not a clue.
