Went thru the drive thru and mentioned the lack of courtesy to the window employee. He said they've been busy today, even though I was the only person in line at the counter and the employees were joking around and laughing and a few were just standing around. On top of that, the drive-thru window attendant was ridiculously rude and unprofessional. She didn't know what an "Arby's Melt" is, something I've ordered for 10+ years at multiple Arby's locations, and when I asked for extra Arby's sauce, she stared at me, sighed, and handed me 2 more.
