Arby's — Restaurant in Findlay

Stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to order. 3 to 4 people were standing right there. None of them acknowledged I was there. Tired of waiting so I walked out. Went thru the drive thru and mentioned the lack of courtesy to the window employee. He said they've been busy today, even though I was the only person in line at the counter and the employees were joking around and laughing and a few were just standing around. He said someone was about to help me when I walked out, I assume he meant when he was done on his phone, ( texting or Facebook or whatever ) while he was standing 3 feet away from me. ??? Went through the drive-thru at 10:12pm on a Wednesday night, and it took over 10 minutes for us to receive our food. On top of that, the drive-thru window attendant was ridiculously rude and unprofessional. She didn't know what an "Arby's Melt" is, something I've ordered for 10+ years at multiple Arby's locations, and when I asked for extra Arby's sauce, she stared at me, sighed, and handed me 2 more. When I offered to pay the 10 cents each for extra (as stated on a sign on their window), she got real perturbed, said "I'll probably lose my job.
