I don't know if it just a bunch of stoned teenagers running this place or if it's a failure on managements end, but the last couple times I've visited this location, it's been a nightmare. While this location is nice because it's so close to where I work, it's obnoxious having to make it a 30 minute ordeal and several attempts to get the correct food, or even get service at all.
One night in the drive thru, I was given an order that wasn't mine. I didn't realize until I had pulled away so I turned around and went back through the drive-thru. They had me pull up to the second window and took the bag of food, didn't even ask me what my order had been and proceeded to bring me back another bag of food that was also not mine. This time I handed the bag back and I told him specifically what was in my order and he brought me back a bag that contained two of the four items that I had ordered. The entire time he was giggling and didn't seem to be taking it serious and at this point I had been dilly-dallying around in their drive-thru for close to 30 minutes, so I left with my 2 items.
This morning (a month since the first incident) I joined the line for their drive-thru at 10:10am in hopes of getting breakfast before heading to work for the day. The car in front of me had ordered but the line hadn't moved for close to 10 minutes, so by the time I got to my spot to order it was about 10:20 a.m. and then had to sit there and watch four other vehicles place their orders in the second drive-thru line and move ahead. And then the menu changed from breakfast to lunch and nobody had even greeted me nor taken my order. I attempted to ask if somebody was going to take my order and was ignored so at the next opening I left the line.
Better off taking the extra 5 minutes to drive up the road to the other McDonald's because the extra 5 minutes is worth it for the convenience of actually getting your correct food items, or any...

Turned in a schedule that would work for him after school and still be able to do his homework. Stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes to have him turn the schedule in. 1 day before he was supposed to start his job no call on his new schedule. My son called and talked to the gentleman who interviewed him. The gentleman said Yes, I can make your schedule work. Let me give you a call back. Well low and behold that has been over two weeks going on 3 weeks. It is completely disrespectful to hire them and then not even call them like you said you would do and work with their new schedule. Yes, your school schedule will work for us and then no phone call. This is not how management should treat people who actually want to work for you. I will never have my son apply for a job there again. Hopefully the franchise owners realize what kind of management they have working for them. This is totally disgusting on your part and disrespectful. This actually deserves no stars but I don't have that option. The drive-thru is an absolute disaster—poorly managed, and apparently skipping cars is just part of their “service.” They skipped not just my car, but another one as well! How does that even happen? Are they just guessing who to serve next?
When I finally got to the window (after waiting forever), I explained the issue, and instead of any form of apology, the employee was rude and completely flippant. She didn’t care one bit. No empathy, no ownership of the mistake just excuses as to why we were skipped, as if that made it okay. Unbelievable.
To top it all off, after this entire mess, they FORGOT my chicken nuggets! You’d think after skipping my car, making me wait for no reason, and giving me attitude, they’d at least get my order right, but nope. It was just failure after failure. If you want terrible service, rude employees, and to leave without half your food, then by all means, visit this McDonald’s. Otherwise, steer clear. This place is a complete embarrassment.
