L&M Taqueria doesnā€™t believe in making their mistake right. We placed an order thru their website and received the incorrect food. When I returned at 8:40 (place closes at 9) the doors were locked. The male worker did open the door. Once I explained and showed the incorrect food was made he said thereā€™s nothing to be done but to go thru DoorDash for a refund. We didnā€™t order thru DoorDash. We used their website. We order from this restaurant at least once a week and I have done nothing but praise them to all my friends and the boards Iā€™m on. Well word of mouth is the best advertisement and I can no longer be positive. DO NOT EAT OR ORDER HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked for the managers number with no avail. I just wanted to either get the correct order or a full refund. Very sad a favorite of ours has been struck off the list forever. I will call again to get a full refund.

I love it here. Reminds me a bit of Indy Taco. But what this place has is a better atmosphere. The staff have been quite accommodating and friendly. I had the 3 taco combo and my wife had a quesadilla. It was huge. The flavors are more in line with a more realistic Mexican experience. Tejano music is a must and this place has it. I discovered this place from door dashing and the smell wouldn't leave my mind and had to come back. Give it a try if you love a more authentic Mexican experience that isn't too overwhelming.

Our new favorite Mexican restaurant on the north side of Indy- my wife and I have been multiple times now and everything weā€™ve had here has been perfect. I highly suggest the Cemitas and Tortas, which are more authentic than any other Iā€™ve had in the Midwest. The burritos and tacos are excellent as well, but after one of the staff recommended a Steak Cemita, itā€™s been hard to force myself to get anything else (and weā€™ve been going here minimum once a week). Also, for those concerned about spice level, the red sauce on the side contains the hottest flavors, so my parents (who avoid spicy foods) have given a thumbs up to L&M Taqueria as well since the main dishes have tons of flavor, but arenā€™t spicy...

My wife and I just left. We had the worst ā€œMexican ā€œ food experience ever. She had the birria tacos and I went with the arroz con pollo.

There was absolutely no flavor or seasoning on the food. We tried each otherā€™s dishes and decided it wasnā€™t just usā€¦it was the lackluster food.

I do not understand how anyone could give a 5 star rating for this place. It is evident that the owners do not know what a taqueria is. Worst tacos ever. How do you screw up arroz con pollo? Talk about whitewashed Mexican food.

It gets one because I cannot...
